So. I hate to say it, but I've been very annoyed with VA lately. IDK what it is, but I just hate writing for my VA story…Which made me want 2 do other FF… and thus this idea for a Morganville vampires FF was born :D LOVVVVE Claire and Shane ^^ they're just so adorable and sweet together (imma mushy romance girl) but yeah, I got to thinking, what twas Shane thinkin when he first saw Claire hmm? So, uh, yea… it's just like in the books, just shane's POV :3 hope you enjoy!
Shane was waken to the sound of boots, the kind that only Eve wears, clomping down through the hall. He yawned and rubbed his head. Because he had just got up, Shane had failed to notice the girl standing right in front of him. She was pretty, with dark short hair and eyes the same color. She blinked at him, and opened her mouth, but he just grinned and put his finger to his lips. No need to wake up Michael, wherever he was. This girl was probably Claire Danvers, the one who called earlier. That girl sounded really awkward and uncomfortable on the phone, and this girl looked like she felt the same. Though, she was a little younger than he'd thought. Way too young to be hanging here in hell.
"Hey," Shane whispered. "I'm Shane. What's up?" He blinked a few times and realized she had a black eye. Shane wondered how he'd missed it until just now. Damn, she'd gotten beat up pretty bad. Was probably a girl-cat-fight. "Dude, that is a badass shiner. Hurts, huh?"
Claire nodded a little. Man, the girl looked like she was afraid of her own skin. Shane sat up and looked at her. She looked about sixteen, kind of short, and smart. She watched Shane, too, but wouldn't meet his eyes for more than a couple of seconds.
"So I guess you're gonna say that the other chick looks worse," Shane said. Not likely, though.
She shook her head and winced. "No, I-um- how did you know it was-?" Her voice was nice, and a little quiet.
"A chick? Easy. Size you are, a guy would have put you in a hospital with a punch hard enough to leave a mark like that. So what's up with that?" Shane tensed slightly. He didn't have a problem with her unless she was a threat to Michael or Eve. "You don't look like you go looking for trouble." More like looking for a place she couldn't be seen at. Claire was definitely a shy girl.
She paused for a second, and then said, "Hi." She waved awkwardly, "I'm Claire."
And there you have it ^^ they've met :DDD HOLY CRAP IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THIS BOOK SERIES (Morganville Vampires series) YOU NEED TO RITE NOW! I kno what you're thinking, ' Morganville… VAMPIRES? EWWWWW!' but seriously, these books are great! I love these books better every time I read the newest one that comes out! HOPE YA ENJOYEEEEEEDD! Review, fav, everything else… and PLZZZ give me some reviews on my char. personalities, and if they're close to how they really act or not! Not just on this story, others too pwease :3 they tell me if I'm doing good writing FF or not, and so far the comments r saying I am :D
