Author Note: I hope that you like this storyline and be sure to review this storyline. I decided to write this storyline with Steve having a family. I am using the characters from my storyline "Hard Times". I have a special announcement at the end of this storyline.

Steve woke up in the hospital after being in a coma for the past couple of weeks. He didn't see his wife or kids sitting there by his side. He didn't understand what was happening to him. He pressed a button to see if the nurse would come into the room. When the nurse finally came into the room.

"Where is my wife?" He asked the nurse. He wanted to make sure that she and the kids were okay.

"She just went home to be with your kids. She'll be back soon." The nurse responded to him.

"Alright. What day is it?" He asked his friend.

"October 9." The nurse responded to him.

"How long have I been in a coma? Where's my team?" Steve questioned her as Danny walked into the room.

"Hey you are awake?" Danny responded happy to him. Truth was that he was scared that Steve would not wake up.

Three weeks later

Steve is finally coming home and Amanda was still really upset at her husband from getting shot. Danny had warned her that he doesn't remember getting shot.

"Guess who is coming home tonight?" She asked their kids

"Daddy?" Their oldest daughter responded to her mother as Danny walked into the room with Steve.

"Yes baby." She said as Danny helped him sit down on the couch. The twins crawled over to him and smiled. Steve didn't remembered the twins and it was hard. Tonight they were getting ready for trick or treating.
