Ashfur worries me lately. Weird feeling... Of course, I could think that I'm mad at him because of Squirreflight, but no, everything is way more serious. In these days, his behavior became strange; he became more cautious, but he talks like he's plotting something. Ashfur hates me, and I think that it won't do anything good. I don't know why I feel that way, but I hope what happened won't push him on a path of a traitor.
Today I had to talk to Ashfur. He behaved very weird - I could see it behind the mask of hate that appears every time he looks at me. All day he was wary, as if he's afraid that we'll find out something. I want to know what...
After sunhigh he disappeared somewhere, saying that he went hunting, but he stank of RiverClan a bit, even though he seemed to try and groom himself properly - his fur was sleek and even wet. Or did he fall in the water? Not, of course not.
I continue to watch him. Ashfur disappeared again, but this time there was no scent on him - even his own. I'm still worried about his behavior. I'm watching him everyday. Changes that are happening to him can't not worry me. What, no one else noticed that except me? No, it can't be... I don't know. But I have a feeling, that one day everything good will turn into ashes.
