He sends a shiver down your body when you see him.

Cronus is touching you, but for once, you don't notice it, it normally makes you tense up and tingle all over until he stops, but you don't feel it, and this makes you all the more confused. You look up and see him in the trees, covered by darkness and his eyes glowing bright purple, and the next thing you know is that you're looking up at Cronus, your mouth is moving and you have no idea what you're saying, everything feels foggy and clammy and you feel trapped. You hate it.

You see pulsating shades of red-ish and blue-ish purples on his white shirt.

You see him take his arm off your shoulder, he looks afraid. He's afraid of you.

You don't know what you're doing. What you do know is that he's scared of what you're doing.

What are you doing? You can't answer. Purple is creeping around your vision, and everything's getting darker. You try and squint, but you don't squint, your eyes are wide open, your tone is flat and your shoulders are slacking.

You see him run. He must think you've been possessed.

You think you've been possessed.

You only see Kurloz walk up to you now, everything else is dark. Each step he takes makes small wisps of your foggy head disappear.

He's right in front of you, your helmet is gone.

Kurloz is touching you, holding both your cheeks, his grasp a little warmer than Cronus', but you don't seem to care. He makes your mind clear, you can think. You don't remember the last time you could think like this. He talks to you, and you reply lucidly, in ways you've only wished of. There are no faults, your speech is perfect.

It's probably not even yours. You can't tell what you or he is saying, you speak clearly, but you cannot make sense of the words spoken.

There is still only Kurloz is your vision, and the voices you both exhibit grow to whispers and murmurs until they are no longer there.

Your vision clouds over for a moment, and then you're back on the grass, Kurloz hands you your skateboard, and you grin at him, thanking him for dusting it off.

You ask where Cronus went, he frowns for a moment, then points, but you don't remember him leaving. He had touched you, and then Kurloz was here.

You'll never question it.
