A.N: This is a little bit melodramatic, but then again Torchwood is a drama.
Disclaimer: I don't own Who Verse but like every fan I wish I did.
Life is a strange thing, happy yet so sad, easy and yet so hard, but no matter how many qualities it offers to you, in the end it is nothing but painful. You live to succeed, to gain power, earn money, make a family. Even though you know it is for nothing.
Nothing will live forever, nothing but him.
Many people see life as an exam, a preparation to an after life where everybody will live in peace.
But he knows the best, he knows that it has nothing to do with an exam. He knows that there is no after life, at least not for him.
He's sure that for a man who can not die, he knows the death best.
People see it as a curse, the ultimate end.
He sees it as a salvation.
He walks silently in the graveyard, not to pay his respects but waiting for the dead pay their respects to him. He knows they won't, but he desperately needs them to do, just to ease his pain. He knows it will never go away.
He knows no matter how many times he comes back to life with no visible injury, wounds in his heart will always stay fresh.
They buried Ianto in this graveyard, in an abandoned village. He has no courage to face him, not him.
He passes through an open grave, it gives him shivers.
Then he sees, a man with a ginger girl at his side. He may look different but Jack knows that it is him. They are examining an open grave.
His graveā¦.
He doesn't go anywhere near the Doctor, he chooses to disappear in the dark.
A moment later Doctor takes his psychic paper out only to see the handwriting he knows so well.
Bring him home.
Doctor nods, knowing that Jack can see him. He knows that home is where ever the heart is and Jacks heart will stay here, in this graveyard forever.
