"A loud explosion was heard at city hall as the serial killer blew a hole through the building."

The tv shut off engulfing the room into darkness as the grey heard man shifted off his chair. "Darn tv, never has anything good. For once I'd like to hear some good news."

The grumpy, older gentleman threw on some sunglasses and made his way across his crowded apartment to his window. He heaved himself outside and walked down the fire escape. Once he stepped down, he heard a small meow and saw a white cat curl up to his leg.

"SHIT!" He flung the cat across the alley and booked it towards the street. A cloaked figure appeared in front of him and reached a hand out stopping him. He flew back and crashed into the dumpsters.

"Now, now Georgie if the clown didn't get ya then you know I will."

"How did you, how did you find me," he grunted trying to lift himself up.

The figure laughed, "You jeopardized an entire mission and then think I wouldn't come looking for you. Aww, Georgie you shouldn't underestimate yourself like that."

"Kill him! Bastard got dirt on my newly washed fur!" The cat arched her back and hissed at the man. She ran up to him and clawed at his arm.

"Now, now Kenya," the woman hummed picking up her precious cat, "Your fur can be returned to its pristine white coat."

"Are you seriously talking to the cat right now- "

A hard kick to the man's face sent him flying further down the dark alley. "Where's my money Georgie," the woman sang threateningly slowly walking to where the man laid face first on the ground.

"The money's gone!" He coughed blood. "I gave it to Richard before I ran, thought you would go after him instead."

"You wanna know where I found Richard," she placed a black heel on his palm and shoved it right through his hand. Ignoring his screams of pain, she continued, "I found him sleeping in a very beautiful mansion in an unmarked location in South Africa. I won't tell you the location because I burned it to the ground, with him in it.

I kept on asking myself, where could he have possibly found all that money. He wasn't even there when we transported the kilos because I remember he wanted no part with my dirty money. He left with none of it, but he remained in communication with someone in my team. Of course, I didn't know this at the time but when I noticed I had a few missing hundreds in the records I realized what that dirty scumbag had done.

How much was he going to pay you Georgie?"

Her tone lowered as she kneeled, her heel still inside his hand.

"You're insane," he croaked out. "I already told you who was the mole in the investigation!"

She leaned down closer to him, "I may be young but I'm not stupid George. So, while I pretended to investigate the mole, you took the opportunity and ran. Rookie mistake."

"Listen I- "

She lifted him up by the neck and shoved him against a wall, the wall cracking under the force. The cat was chilling on her shoulders by then. "No, you listen! You cost me thousands of dollars and in the process, we almost got caught! I have never gotten caught because I make sure those under me are loyal to me at all times! I am the glue to my fathers failed organization and I won't have anyone ruin it. I hope you feel proud of yourself because you've run out of time."

"Kill him."

"You're her aren't you, argh," he groaned as she tightened he grip on his neck. "The superhuman, the serial killer!"

A strand of blonde hair escaped itself from her hooded cape and George took one look at it before staring into her eyes. Her crystal blue eyes began to glow, "No I'm not, but you're right about the serial killer part. Maybe we are related."

Blue lasers flew from her eyes directly into the man's eyes. She held her grip tight as the man squirmed while his head was incinerated. She let go and continued to trail her eyes down his body until there was none of him left. The cat wiped some ash from her face with its tail and crawled into her arms.

"I didn't know you had a sister," the cat purred.

"Oh no Kenya we are not sisters. We just so happen to have the same powers, don't get confused. Besides, she's reckless, and you know I prefer not to leave any traces behind. "

"She seems like someone we could work with."

"Maybe so, but I can't trust anyone like that. She's a serial killer Kenya! I can't work with anyone who's off the rails like that."

"Like you."

The young woman paused her steps and glared at the feline in her arms. "I'm sure she has her reasons, just as I have mine.

And I'm not crazy."

"Keep telling yourself that."

A green streak boomed across the atmosphere at a speed that that was too fast for a regular human to hear or see. She could however, and as she watched the green streak fade she whispered, "Farewell 'sister', may we one day meet."
