Piper didn't know what to think.
(My sister's boyfriend is a demon.
Why Phoebe of all people? Why'd she let him go? Oh! Duh! Piper. She loves him.
He was out to kill us and she let him go. But then what would I do if Leo were a
demon? The very same thing.)
Piper shuttered at the thought.
She'd been jumpy all day and both Prue and Phoebe had noticed.
(What's wrong with me? It's over. Cole promised that as long as he had evil in him he
wouldn't come back. If there was only some way...to make him completely good...to
make Phoebe happy again.)
Leo had showed up and by this time had sensed that something was wrong.
Prue told him that Piper had been staring into space all day. She even passed up
dinner.
Leo: Piper? What's wrong?
Piper:Oh Leo! It's just...well...Cole made that promise with evil still in him. What if it's all a
trick? I'm scared Leo. For our lives. Will things ever be normal?
Leo: Piper, things haven't been normal since you three discovered you were witches.
Piper: I know! What I meant was will we always have to live in fear that Balthasaar will return?
Leo: I don't know! But I can find out! You relax and go eat dinner! I'm going to talk to
"them".
Piper: Okay! Bye!
She kissed him goodbye! Leo orbed out and Piper gave a long sigh before walking
into the kitchen and eating dinner.
