Merlin's not mine (sadly if it was then I wouldn't make Morgana evil and she would love Gwaine but u no have to work with what your given)
This story is for Melina in a world of her own
For the last time
They thought that it was her attacking trying to get to Camelot but no, she hadn't even thought about it. The time had been spent coming to terms with the fact that her sister was no longer there she was gone, dead, no more. She looked down upon the city a small smirk appeared at the corner of her mouth, the city SHE had ruled over, the city she had lost. She never understood why she would do this her sister had told her she had had a bond with animals but then again her sister didn't know she did this the thought of her sister allowed fresh tears to roll steadily down her cheek. Now any normal animal wouldn't have been able to do this but then again she wasn't an animal was she. A loud crash from the opposite side of the street made her heart pound. Even after two years she was terrified of being caught, not because she feared death because she didn't! in fact once or twice during the horrible phase of gaining her powers she had contemplated the idea, once she had even gone to the top of the watch tower but she hadn't done anything because then she had been afraid to do it to jump, but a lot of things changed since she was a young girl of 19 years unknowing to what people could do to others. no, she feared being caught because she didn't want to be killed by her friend, her brother that would hurt too much. There was loud drunken laughter from the tavern as two figures stumbled towards her, as they neared she saw who they where Merlin! Her lip curled at the thought of him, her black tail swishing, she dug her claws deeper into the mud brick wall. He was with another knight sir Greg was it? Frankly she didn't care. Panic was starting to set in what if he could see through the glimmer spell? What if he felt her presence? And a small voice saying, what if he walks on by? That thought killed her he could just ignore her again! like all those years ago when she had loved him well no she still DID love him but not like then now it was painful. Before he could walk past or grab her or anything she jumped upwards scrambling to get onto the roof (contry to popular belief looking like a cat does NOT make you any more agile). With one last look over her shoulder at Merlin and Gwaine (THAT was his name) she had sprung onto the next roof and slipped away into the shadows. Where she didn't see Merlin stop and look at the spot on the wall were she had just been, because deep down he did still love her too he just didn't believe it anymore.
Fin.
