I don't claim to own Harry Potter.
This is just a sort of test as my first story. I don't like it very much but if you think you would like to know what the excursion is or if you would like me to continue please send a review.
"Now, 7th years. Settle down. As your new social studies teacher, I thought the best activity to get into the swing of things for the new semester, is an excursion!", said Madame Hedrick. "You will need your parents/ guardians permission for this excursion so I made some notes to send home….", the teacher droned on and the class lost interest.
Harry and Ron started a wizards chess game under the table. Harry was loosing…badly.
"Knight to E4", Ron muttered, but the knight yelled, "SPEAK UP! I CANT HEAR YOU!"
All of the Gryffindors burst out laughing.
"What is the meaning of this?", shouted Madame Hedrick.
"Please Madame…", started Harry.
"Don't you 'Please madame' me! I am your teacher and deserve more respect than you yelling out in class"
Harry thought for a minute. A detention for allegedly yelling in class or a detention for playing chess with Ron. He chose the chess, so in detention he would be with someone. "Madame it was the knight."
"The knight? The knight? What knight?"
"Chess knight, Madame Hedrick.", Ron cut in.
"Detention for both of you and you are not allowed on this upcoming excursion!", she sentenced.
Hermione gave them both a "you-got-what-you-deserve" look.
