My name is Santana and I live with my big sister Emily my parents Maribel and Wayne Lopez in Lima, Ohio. It's tomorrow it happens. "The big day" I'm about to start in High School and Emily have the last few weeks teased me; that I'll get no friends because I'm so geeky and a big loser, but I'm so used to her calling me mean nicknames like that.
That afternoon I lay in my bed and began to read The Hunger Games for what I believe is the fifth time I read it, but I really like it and I also have a huge crush on Katniss Everdeen ever signs I read the book for the first time. I was almost done with the second chapter when I heard my phone ringing; I was looking through my bed to find it under my pillow;
-Hi..!"
-Hello Girl, are you ready for school tomorrow?"
-Oh Spence... Hey! No I'm not. Emily keeps teasing me about how nobody will bother to be friends with such a loser and geek like me"
-Hey Sanny! You are not a loser, how many times do I have to tell you, and you forgetting you always have me and Kurt. We'll stick together as we always do."
- Thank you Spencer, you are right, sorry it has just been a tough couple of weeks."

-Reading the Hunger Games."
I can hear her laugh because she knows how obsessed I am with the book and Katniss.
-Really Santana, come on, is this not the tenth time you read that book now it cannot still be that good?"
-Yes it can! It just because you don't understand it. If you bother to try and read the book you would understand what I mean. "I hilled into the phone, sometimes I could get so mad at Spencer then she didn't understand me. But it was not because she did something particularly hard to try.
-Okay... I'm sorry San, you don't have to shout, I only think its sweet you always disappear into that strange world of whatever it is about. But I think now I just want to stick to the movie. "
-Good. And I'm also sorry I shouted at you it was not my intention, but you know how much I love the book. "
-Yeah… I know and sorry I'm just joking with you. I didn't mean for you to be mad."

I could hear my mother call that there was dinner so I said goodbye to Spencer and went downstairs to the dining room.
After we were finished eating, I helped my mother with the dishes and took a hot shower and went to my room. I was lying in my bed then I thought back to when I met Spencer and Kurt for the first time.
Spencer have I known all my life. We were actually born on the same day. Spencer is just about 4 hours older than me. Kurt meets us at the age of 4 in Kindergarten. He's about 2 mounts older than me and Spencer.
I put my alarm for 6:30am and fell fast asleep and to my big surprise I was new actually not nervous any more. I actually was looking forward to be starting in high school along with Spencer and Kurt.
