Normal POV.
"Neru! We will meet again! I promise!" The young boy said to his friend. He watched his eight years old best friend crying and looking at him with those pitiful eyes as he wiped his tears away.
The girl cried and cried. "No! I don't want to go! I want to stay with Len! Let me go, you disgusting old woman!" The girl cried, pushing her aunt out-of-the-way. She wasn't going to let this happen, never. But why is he letting this happen? She didn't understand, but that didn't matter for the moment; she had to get away from that woman who was holding her, not allowing her to get near her best friend.
Although he was at the border to crush away, desperately, he smiled at her. "It's ok Neru, we will meet again!" The boy meant his words, doing his best to hold his tears back. He knew he could do this. He knew that, for the moment, there was nothing he could do. So he just went with it, believing in himself.
However, the girl wouldn't allow this to happen. "Nooooo! I want to stay with you, Len!" She yelled, wiping her tears away. "What am I going to do without him?"
This situation hurt the boy, but he had to be strong. "Bye, Neru. I Love You." The boy whispered. A tear fell on his cheek as he looked away from the little crying girl, feeling horrible.
The girl, chocked, couldn't believe his words. "Lennn! Noooooo!" The golden-haired girl yelled as the car separated the two children, leaving the boy alone with his mother and the girl with her brother and aunt.
The man watched closely his friend's sleeping face, interested by the fact that he was frowning in his sleep. "Len? Hellooo?" Kaito yelled at his best friend, poking his cheek. The blond was sleeping on a desk… Jeez, that Len, he can sleep everywhere without having any problems.
The blond boy just frowned even more, still having his eyes closed. "Shut up Rin… I'm sleeping…" he mumbled.
Kaito held his laugh. That kind of situation is perfect to make a little joke to his best friend, isn't it? Kaito smirked as Len's face because normal again, still sleeping.
The blue haired idiot came behind Len, gently putting his hands on Len's cheeks. "Aw Lenny-kun, wake up my love~, Kaito-kun and Miku-chan are waiting for us in the makeup room~" Kaito sang with the most feminine voice he could, trying to imitate Rin's voice.
Len kept his eyes closed and… did nothing. The younger boy didn't react at all. Kaito sighed. 'God damn, that boy is such a pain in the ass.'
"Pffffft! Just, wake up dude! We have to prepare the concert, it's in less than one hour!" the ice cream lover said, gently shaking Len. Him, on the other hand, didn't do a single thing, he just kept sleeping there, frowning lightly.
Kaito crossed his arms, glaring at his best friend. 'Well, looks like I'll have to apply the big way...' he thought, leaning over Len. Gripping Len's hair, he forcedly turned his head and kissed him harshly. Eyes wide open, Len quickly pushed Kaito away and almost fell off of his chair he was sitting on.
"EWWWWWWW! Kaito, what the hell! You disgusting freak!" Len shouted, now completely awoke. Laughing uncontrollably, Kaito wiped his tears away, without being able to say a thing. "Hahahahahaha! Y-You sh-should've... HAHAHAHA! S-Seen your face!"
Mad, Len crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at Kaito. "How did we become friends again?" he said sarcastically. Kaito finally calmed down and smiled at Len. "You wouldn't wake up... I tried everything, but it seems you wanted me to do it that way!" he joked.
Len glared at Kaito. "So what's up? Why did you wake me up?"
Kaito looked at Len, eyes widen. "Uhhhhh?! Come on Len, you haven't forgotten the concert, have you?"
"Mmh? Aw man... I didn't sleep much yesterday, I had to prepare my guitar and practice. It took me a lot of time... I wasn't really prepared after all..." Len replied, looking at the ground.
Kaito sighed and looked at Len, exasperated. "Whatever, just hurry. Miku and Rin are waiting for us in the makeup room. Miku'll kill me if I don't show up soon.." Kaito looked down innocently and rubbed his neck, blushing lightly, "She's already mad at me 'cause I ate all the ice cream, even the leek flavoured one, hehe. I couldn't help myself! I was too hungry…" He scratched his head, giggling a little.
"You big dummy. I'll be there in a minute." Len sighed. He waited a little and thought about what Kaito has just said. "Wait, so you also ate the banana flavoured one?!" Len asked, preparing to kill someone.
"H-Hum…B-Bye! G-Gotta go before someone kills me!" Kaito stuttered just before running out of the room, swearing a little.
Len sighed. 'I wonder what happened to Neru. It's been so long… and I made a promise. I won't break it. I never break my promises. I still love her." Len thought. He took his guitar and went to the makeup room.
Len's POV.
"Len, my darling, can you please go buy some milk for mommy please? Mommy will make your favourite cake!"
My mother really did have one of those beautiful angel smile. Whenever she would smile at me, I felt safe and loved. I'll never forget that smile.
"'Kay mom! Bye, I'll be there in a moment!"
I left the house, searching for the closest convenience store. Since we lived far from the city, it took me more time to get there. Along the way, I could smell something disgusting, something that smelt like smoke. 'Probably just a fire, it's true that it isn't hot lately.'
I continued to walk until I heard someone's steps. I turned and saw a girl with golden hair, tears in her eyes.
"Help me, please ...My house...my family...th-they're...gone...h-help...", "Please...'' she said, just before falling unconscious. Not knowing what to do, I pick her up and ran home.
Normal POV.
"LEN KAGAMINE! STOP MOVING! IT'LL BE MESSED UP IF YOU DON'T STOP MOVING!" Rin yelled at his brother, trying to do his hair.
"Sorry Rin, but it tickles" Len said, trying to not laugh. Rin glared at her brother, which made Len stop doing everything he was doing, afraid of his little sister. Rin can be really… scary when she wants to…
Len thought about that dream he had. He wasn't so sure about what it meant, but it had to be something important. And then, there was that memory too... Did Len forget something? Or, was something important going to happen soon? Those thoughts were troubling Len slightly, but not enough to stress him out. He sighed.
After a few minutes, Rin finished doing Len's hair. Len hated to wear so much jell, but if it made Rin happy... Oh well, he's just going to live with it.
"Yesh! I'm finished! Aww, Len, you look sooo hot!" Rin said, admiring her work.
Len sighed and looked away. "A sister shouldn't say that to her brother. Even though... you're right." Len laughed, winking at Rin.
"Guys! Hurry up! It's our turn!" Miku yelled at them.
Miku, Kaito, Rin and Len went on the stage. It was for a school competition. The school was searching for people who will sing for the school representation. Each schools of the city were doing to same kind of project. Kaito, Miku, Rin and Len always dreamt of being stars. But Len wanted to be one for a special reason. He wanted to find Neru again. He made a promise, a promise that he won't break.

Well, this chapter's horrible! I promise, the other chapters are wayyy better... SUPER DUPER SMALL CHAPTER! Sorry for the mistakes, my first language is French and I'm still struggling with my English XD. Btw, please R&R!
