Hello everyone I am MJW1000 and this is the first chapter of Taken and Return. This fanfiction is an au (alternate universe) of the Loud house where Lincoln at the age of 4 years old is kidnapped and is taken away from his family but 7 years later (at the age of 11) Lincoln returns to his family but he founds out thing are very different in the Loud house.

For this story, I'll trying to upload at new chapter every 1-2 weeks and the day that I'll be uploading new chapters will be on Fridays. Also each chapter will have at least 2,000 words but enough with me.

I hope you enjoy the first chapter of taken and return.

It's currently 6:30 pm on a breezy summer day in royal woods. Royal woods is a small town in Michigan and most children are inside their homes enjoying their time, playing and having fun with their family members like their parents mom and dad or with their older or younger sibling but there is one kid who is walking the streets of royal woods in the night.

The kid who is a boy looks like he is 11 years old, the kid looks to be around the height of 4 feet and looks like he weights about 70 pounds(I am just guessing his height and weight) The child also have bags under his eye which looked like it came from long nights of not sleeping and the child also had a chipped tooth which is in his front teeth. The kid is wearing dark gray jeans that had some tears in them, a plain white shirt, a thin black hoodie and black sneakers which were dirty. One thing important about the boy that makes him stand out more than the bags under his eye or his chipped tooth if not for the hoodie on his head would be his messy hair which is all white. The boy also has a backpack which had seen better days with him and the boy was all alone. The boy looked like he was on a mission and than it cuts to the boy who is name is Lincoln Loud walking down the streets of Royal woods Michigan who turns his head, looks at you ( the reader) and started to speak in a low and shy tone.

"Hi, didn't see you there. My name is Lincoln Loud, 11 years old and I am going to see my family for the first time in 7 years." Lincoln says as he breaks eye contact with you (the reader) "The reason why I have not been with my family for 7 years because when I was 4 years old at the park with my 5 older sisters, I was kidnapped by strangers and taken away from my family." Lincoln said as he looks as if he doesn't want to remember that day.

Flashback

Lincoln was at the park with his 5 older sisters, the first and oldest sister was Lori

Lori who was 10 years old at the time. With her, her younger sisters and younger brother's parents (Rita and Lynn Sr) having more kids, they sometimes would put Lori en charge to look after her younger sibling if the parents would go the store or if they were cooking or cleaning most of the time still making sure to watch their kids. Lori being the oldest of the siblings, Lori is sometimes bossy, condescending, and sometime would have a bad temper when it comes to her siblings. But aside from that, she is also cute, friendly, and an loving big sister. As the oldest sibling, she is supposed to act responsibly and maturely, but she is still very young and has a lot of growing to do.

The next and second oldest sister is Leni

Leni who was 9 years old at the time. Despite being the second-oldest of the Loud children, Leni is quite ditzy and is very forgetful, absent-minded, and being ditzy and absent-minded, Leni's shown to be skilled at fashion designing at the young age of 9 years old, Leni demonstrates that while she may not be the brightest out of her older sister and her younger brother and sisters, she is creative and artistically inclined. She is also the kindest and sweetest out of the bunch and gets along well with her siblings.

The next and third oldest sister is Luna

Luna who was 8 years old at the time. Luna is the third oldest child of the Loud family, Luna is very happy and caring but she is also a shy, gentle and classy girly girl, who is interested in classical music, she even has her own violin. Luna love playing songs on her violin and even sometimes singing to her family. Luna was now rethinking her love for classical music and how the music did not fit the style that she liked.

Luan is the next and fourth oldest Loud sister

Luan who was 7 years old at the time. Luan is a very goofy and fun-loving girl with an enthusiasm for comedy and making puns. Her goal is to make her brother and sister laugh along with her, but since she is still young, her material still needs work. She has a taste for everything that has to do with comedy, Luan loves things such as funny movies and TV series, stand-up comedy and more. Luan love comedy so much she had her first public comedic act was at an open mic in the Royal Woods Bowling Alley a few month ago, she did not perform well and was heckled by the audience, she was hurt but she would not allow that to get in her way of being an comedian.

and the finally and the fifth Loud older sister is Lynn jr.

Lynn who is 6 years old at the time and who is named after her father, Lynn is a girl with a tomboyish attitude and she who loves athletic sports. She loves to watch sports like basketball, football, soccer, baseball and more and she enjoys roughhousing with her siblings mostly Lincoln because he's a boy. Lynn wants to play in sports when she gets older but with her being only 6 years old she still can improve on somethings.

Also Lincoln have a younger sister named Lucy and she just turned 1 year old, but she is at home with mom and dad.

The Loud kids was having fun playing in the park.

At the swings

The Loud siblings were playing on the swing set, it was Lincoln, Lynn, Luan Luna and Lori playing on the swing while Leni for some reason was off to the side not on the swing having fun with her siblings.

"Leni what's wrong?" said Lori as she looks at her sister with a worried expression"

"Yeah Leni come on. I'm sure this won't be a swing and miss, ha ha ha ha ha get it?" said Luan who made a punt that her siblings all groaned at but Lincoln who laughed at Luan's joke.

"No I totes don't get it" said Leni who did not get the punt. "and I don't want to be on the swing."

"Why not Leni?" said Lincoln as he looks at his big sister with a sightly worried expression on his face.

"Yeah come on Leni, the swing are so much fun." Lynn said who is excited to be playing on the swings.

"O.k" said Leni as she walks to the swing. "but like what you go to high while swinging?" she asked with a confused and a a bit of scared expression on her face.

"Leni that's not going to happe..." Luna said trying to cheer up her sister but was cut off by Luan.

Luna was cut of by her little sister Luan who was going to have fun and mess with her big sister.

"Wait Luna. Leni could be right, what if we swing to high?" Luan said hoping to scare Leni.

"What if we swing so high that we go into space?" said Lynn who asked with both excitement and curiosity in her voice.

"Into to space!?" Lincoln said with excitement as he spook.

"Into to space!?" shouted Leni out of fear of going in space.

"Look nobody is going into space because of playing on the swings." said Lori who was annoyed about the situation.

"Aawww" said both Lynn and Lincoln with disappointment in their voices.

"Come on Leni, play on the swing with us. Nothing will happen." Luna said reassuring her sister.

"like o.k" said Leni as she walks closer to the swing next to Luan but she don't sit on the swing and also she looked confused.

"Leni what's wrong? Scared of a little swinging. Ha ha ha ha ha get it?" Luan said with a punt that her siblings once again all groaned at but Lincoln who just laughed at the joke.

"What?" Leni asked once again like before she didn't get the punt.

"Leni you sit down on the swing." Lori tells her ditzy little sister as she understands why Leni was confused at something pretty simple.

"Ooohhhh" said Leni who now understands what to do but than her face turned into confusion again "but what should I like do next?" she asked her siblings.

"How about I push you on the swing?" Luna with a smile as she asked Leni.

"Why would push me Luna? That would hurt." Leni asked considerately at Luna

The Loud sibling all face palmed at Leni but soon they all would have fun on the swings. Soon they left the swings to play somewhere else.

At the slide

The Loud children were on the slide playing and just having fun. Lincoln was about to go to the slide so he can slide down it when Lynn spook "Hey Linc, I bet I can slide down the slide faster than you?" she said to her little brother with a cocky tone.

"Oh you are so on." Lincoln response back with excitement for the challenge that Lynn said. With that, Lincoln and Lynn ran to 2 different slides with Lori, Leni and Luna being at the bottom the slides to see who won and Luan was on top of the slides with her 2 younger siblings.

"Ready Linc" Lynn asked with a tone that she knew she was going to win no matter what.

"Yup" said Lincoln who spook with confidences like he knew his was going to be Lynn.

"Lori is going to count and when she says "go" we will go down the slide. Whoever gets down the slide first which will be me is the winner o.k?" Lynn said explaining the rules to her siblings and cementing that she was going to beat Lincoln and win the race at the end of her explanation.

"O.k" Lincoln said before responding to Lynn saying that she was going to win "but you won't be the winner cause I will be." the Loud boy said with confidences in his voice.

"Whatever loser." Lynn said not really believing that Lincoln could be her.

"Back at ya super loser." Lincoln said mocking his sister at the end.

"O.k Lori start the count." Lynn said as she wanted to win the race to prove a point to her little brother that she's the better out of the 2. Lori starts the slow count down "3" Lori looks at her siblings to see if they are ready. "2" the two siblings look at each other with faces that shown they were ready. "1" Lori stated before pausing for a seconds and finally saying "go." On go Lincoln and Lynn went down the slides and quickly came out and Lynn celebrated as soon as she came out the slide.

"Yes lunatic Lynn has won again." Lynn said as she thinks she just won the race.

"No Lynn, you lost I won." Lincoln said correcting his sister and he believes he won the race.

"Sorry Linc but I won and you are the loser." Lynn said arguing back to his brother.

"The only one who lost was you Lynn so that makes you the loser." Lincoln said to Lynn.

"Called me a loser again and see what happens." Lynn stated angrily for her little brother calling her a loser.

"Calm down guys" Luna said trying to calm down her little siblings "we know who won" she says with a small smile on her face.

"Yeah I know too. It was me" Lynn said with a arrogant tone.

"No Lynn, you did not win." Lori said annoyingly at her siblings.

"Did I won!?" Lincoln asked excitingly hoping he beat Lynn.

"No Linky" Leni said which Lincoln now had a disappointing look on his face "because it was a tie." Once it was said that it was a tie both Lynn and Lincoln had shocked looks but Lynn's transformed into a mad look. "WHAT!" Lynn screams at the top of her lungs.

"We saw that guys both finished at the same the time so it ruled as a draw." Luna said explaining the finish to her little siblings.

"So we are both winners right?" Lincoln asked. Before the announcement, he was upset that he did not win but now he was happy that Lynn didn't beat him.

"I guess you guys are both winners." said Luna putting on positive spin on the tie race but while Lincoln was happy, Lynn was not. "NO I AM THE ONLY WINNER. ME AND LINCOLN ARE BOTH NOT..."

HONK HONK

Lynn was venting her frustration about the race and how she didn't win she was cut of by a sound of Luan's clown horn that she had with her and the sound scared Lynn making her jump. Lynn turned around and saw Luan laughing with her horn in her hand. Luan went down the same slide that Lynn was in, went behind her and scared her and Lynn was not happy.

"Sorry Lynn but I hope that I didn't slide into your victory speech. Ha ha ha ha ha get it?" Luan joked at the expense of Lynn with the siblings groaned at while Lincoln laughed at but Lynn did not found the joke funny so Lynn stared to chase after Luan.

"Hey relax Lynn, I was just Clowning around. Ha ha ha ha ha get it?" Luan joked once again which the Loud siblings groaned at while Lincoln laughed at but Lynn who was still chasing Lynn. After Lynn chasing Luan around the park but Lori, Leni, Luna and Lincoln stopping Lynn and calm her down. Once that was done with, the Loud siblings went on to play in the park.

The Loud siblings played with a ball that Lynn had brought with her to the park and they were going to play catch with the ball "Alright boy and girls, are you ready to play?" Luna asked making sure her siblings were ready to play. "Of course I'm ready to play and so I can beat you all in." Lynn said with a arrogant tone believing that she was going to win. "Beat us all" yeah o.k Lynn." Luan said mocking her sister. "Sure I am in." Lori said who was moving into a spot so she can play. "This totes will be fun." Leni said with a cheerful tone as always. "I'm ready." Lincoln said with a similar tone to Leni.

Everyone was ready and after having to explain to the rules to Leni 2 different times she got it. So the game catch the ball, if you catch the ball than you have to throw it on of the players. If you miss the ball than you have a strike and if you have 3 strikes than you are out of the game.

The game was fun and very competitive between the Loud brother and the Loud sisters with everyone catching the ball but also each one dropped the ball 2 times and everyone had 2 strikes and the next person to drop the ball would be out of the game.

Leni was the first one out because she got confused about the rules and missed the ball when it was thrown to her by Luna. The next three siblings to be out of the game was Luan because she was laughing at a joke that she made and missed the ball that was thrown by Lincoln, Lori because Luan was annoying her with her jokes and she missed the ball that thrown by Lynn.

It came down to three with Luna, Lynn and Lincoln being the last three in the game and each of them had only 1 more strike and after putting on a good showing, Lincoln was the next one out after missing a throw by Lynn.

Now it's down to Luna and Lynn and the girls went for awhile, the sisters throwing and catching the ball but

Lynn slipped up and missed the ball which meant that Luna was the winner of the game.

It was an fun day at the park but it was getting dark and the Loud children were about go home, but Leni, Luna and Luan had to go to the bathroom, Lincoln, Lori and Lynn waited for the girls to be done using the bathroom.

Lori was thinking about a boy in her class name Bobby that she seemed to like and she was thinking to herself. "Bobby is literally so cute but what if Bobby thinks I am weird? what if Bobby does not like me? What if..." Lori was interrupted by Leni asking a question while she was still in the bathroom.

"Lori, the seat is up, can you help me?" Leni said with a confused look on her face. The Loud children face palmed at Leni's question but before she went into the bathroom to help Leni, we told Lynn and Lincoln she would be back quickly and to not do anything stupid while she was in the bathroom and with that Lori went into bathroom to help Leni.

It was Lincoln and Lynn and Lynn was talking about something that had to do with a sport that she watched on tv and that Lincoln didn't know about or didn't care. Lincoln was playing Lynn's ball but a kid that goes to Lincoln's preschool named Chandler who didn't like Lincoln for some reason slapped the ball out of his hands, Lincoln saw that Lynn did not see what happen so the Loud boy ran after the ball.

He would found the ball on the other side of the gate, so he grabbed it and was about to go back to his older sisters but 3 people walked in front of him, making him stop. The 3 boys that were older than Lori and they did look a bit scary to Lincoln. The middle one started talking.

"What is some little runt like you do out here all alone?" one of the teenagers said who has short dark brown hair and who has a mark above his right eye.

"I'm not a runt, my name is Lincoln and I was getting my ball and now I about to go home with my sisters." Lincoln said non worryingly as he see nothing wrong with answering a question.

"Hey kid, how about we help to get you there? All you have to do is come with us." said a different teenager who has blonde hair which is pulled back and he was also wearing fingerless gloves.

"No thanks, I know where my sisters are, so I don't need help." Lincoln said kindly rejecting the random boy's offer. Lincoln started to walk back to the inside of the park but a hand was placed on his shoulder and the loud boy was now nervous when the boys came up to his but when that happen, it made his blood turn cold and he was scared. One of the boy who has a bald head and some facial hair made Lincoln turned to around to face them and said in a deep and intimidating voice.

"Look freak, we don't care about your sisters. We asked you to come with us and sadly for you snow white you do not have much of a choice in the matter."

With the Loud sisters

After Lori was done helping Leni with the seat and her sisters was done using the bathroom, they left and walked out of the bathroom to get Lynn and Lincoln to go home by when they walked out of the bathroom, they saw Lynn talking about sports but they saw no Lincoln. "Lynn where's Lincoln?" Lori asked her little sister. Lynn looks around and saw that he was not there. "I don't know. He was just here." Lynn said not sure where Lincoln is.

"How you don't know where he is?" Luan asked confused on how Lynn didn't know where Lincoln was. "I don't know. He just left." Lynn said who was getting mad at being questioned. "where's Linky!?" shout Leni who was worried where their little brother was. "Look calm down guys." Luan said trying to calm everyone down, than she got an idea. "Lincoln should still be in the park." Luna suggested. "Luna is right, we just need to find Lincoln and go home." Lori said agreeing with Luna.

Once that was said, the Loud sisters went looking for their Little brother and after looking in the playground, they did not find him. "where could he be?" Luna worryingly asked. Everyone was silent for some time thinking of where their little brother could be. "Wait a minute" suddenly Lynn said. "What,do you see Linky?" Leni asked excitedly hoping we found Lincoln. "No but I see my ball." said Lynn. The sisters looked and saw Lynn's ball on the outside of the park gate and Lynn got up and ran to get her ball. Her sisters following her still worry about their little brother. They saw Lynn pick up her ball and faced forward and stop.

The older sisters saw Lynn stop and they rushed to see what she saw and what they saw shocked them and it was something that they would never forgot.

Back to Lincoln

The Loud boy was frozen in fear for bit but he snapped out of it and tried to run but the teen with brown hair punched him in the gut knocking the wind out of him. "Hey Michael pick the little bastard up, Tyler make sure the kid doesn't do anything stupid." the teen said first pointing to the guy with a bald head who is named Tyler and next pointing to Michael who has blonde hair. "Whatever Johnathan" said Tyler as Michael walks to the boy and picks up the Loud boy but Lincoln was trying to fight back and he stuck his thumb into Michael's eye. Michael screamed in pain and dropped the Loud boy and Lincoln was going run but than Tyler and Johnathan grabbed him and Tyler covered his mouth while Johnny punched him in the gut.

Michael had recover from what Lincoln did and he was mad. Soon all the teenagers were beating up Lincoln. They punching and kicking him in his face and in his stomach. The boy screamed in pain at ever time the teenagers hit him. the teens stopped the beatdown and Lincoln, he was on the ground crying in pain and than Michael and Evan came and picked him up by his shirt and held his arms back as Johnathan walks to him.

"YOU (PUNCH) ARE (PUNCH) NOTHING (PUNCH) MORE (PUNCH)THAN (PUNCH)A (PUNCH)FREAK (PUNCH)AND (PUNCH)A (PUNCH)WASTE (PUNCH)OF (PUNCH)SPACE(PUNCH)" After each word there was a punch and each punch that Johnathan did was to the face of Lincoln and the only male sibling was almost out cold. After the teens were done beating Lincoln up, one of the teens picked up the beaten down Loud child and the 3 teenagers started to take him to their van that was not far away from the park.

Lincoln was so hurt that he could't even fight back. The 3 teenagers beaten him up, leaving me with a black eye, bruised nose, a bloody lip, bruises all over his face and body and a chipped tooth.

"Hey Johnathan do you think we have a good puppet out of his kid?" Asked Michael who seem proud at what they just did. "Yup I know we have a good one." Johnathan respond to the question that his friend and partner in crime had. "It's funny I mean look at the kid. He has white hair, how people you know who are not in their 50s has white hair. Talking about a unique look with that white hair. What a freak." Johnathan said in a mocking tone.

"If we train the kid right then if we want, we could make some serious money." said Tyler said in a dark tone.

Now the teens were laughing and joking about how Lincoln should goodbye to his old life and the thoughts of this scared the Loud boy but there was nothing he could do and the teens were about to put him into the van but than they all heard his sisters, running to save their little brother and screaming at the boys to let him go but before they could get any closer,

the teenagers got into the van with the beaten loud boy and got away.

Back to the present time

"There is a lot more to talk about but I'll save that for a different time. That how I got kidnapped and taken away from my family but 3 months ago, I escaped my kidnappers and now I am walking the similar streets of the block I grow around before the kidnapping happen and I am on my way to see family." Lincoln said as he talks to you. Many different things was going Lincoln's head. What if they don't remember him? What if they don't care about him? how different are the family he once knew? He has been gone for 7 years and in 7 years a lot of things could change. what if...

That thought was off when he saw what he was looking for.

the loud house. It looked the same way as he remembered. When he saw the house, Lincoln got nervous and he thought what if the family did not live here anymore? but that thought shut down when he saw vanzilla (the family van) parked in drive way of the loud house.

Lincoln slowly walked up to the house and walked to the steps. Lincoln was nervous about seeing his family. but he put all those thoughts way in the back of his mind and knock 3 times on the door. He waited for 20 seconds before the door open and appeared a women with blond hair who was wearing a pink shirt with purple pants and Lincoln recognized the women as his mother Rita.

"hello, can I help you?" said Rita looked confused. It made Lincoln upset that his mother did recognize him and he about to said something but than he realized something. He was still wearing the hoodie on his head and with that Lincoln removed the hoodie from his head showing off his white messy hair. Once he did that, he saw that his mother had shocked expression on her face and tears in her eyes. Lincoln saw this knowing that those were tears of joy and said one thing.

"Hi mom"
