Chapter 1
Starting Off
Kanishuwa! Do you like adventures? I do! My name is Max, and today I'm going to become a Pokegon Trainer. A Pokegon is a creature that can be found in dark caves, under the sea, in the sky, in magma caverns, and even in crystal caves. Today I'm going to get my very own and starting finding, raising, and battling my own collection.
I ran downstairs and grabbed my backpack. Then, I ran outside into my hometown, Comet-Town. The lab where I would get my starting Pokegon was across the street. It was blue and white with a sign that said: Professor Star's Pokegon Lab. I ran across the street and into the lab.
"I'm here to get my starting Pokegon!'' I said. Professor Star came out of a room. He had yellow hair in the shape of a star. His white lab coat was dragged behind him.
"Hello, you must be Max," he said, "I have two choices for you to pick, Ridgey, the small bird Pokegon or Crystal, the sharp crystal Pokegon, who likes to be out of its capture card and can change forms. ''
"I choose Crystal,'' I said.
A boy came in. He looked about my age and had dark brown hair.
"I guess I'll take Ridgey,'' he said.
Then he turned to me and said, "I'm Iggy and I challenge you and your stupid Crystal to a battle, LOSER!''
"You're on!'' I said.
Chapter 2
My First Battle
It was Crystal versus Ridgey.
"Go Crystal!" I yelled.
Iggy threw out his card and a tornado of feathers came out. When it cleared, we could all see Ridgey.
"CrystalCannon! Now!" I said.
"Ridgey, dodge it and use Arial Ace, now!" said Iggy. Ridgey flew up and the spikes missed it. Then, it came back down with a glowing, white beak. It hit Crystal with so much force Crystal flew back and knocked over a tree. I told Crystal to use X-Spike. Crystal got up. It's eyes started glowing. It's hands turned into spikes in an instant. Crystal started running towards Ridgey and hit it with the spikes.
Ridgey flew back and Iggy said, "Ridgey use Arial Ace again!" Ridgey's beak started glowing again. It flew at top speed and was about to hit Crystal when I said,
"Crystal, dodge." Crystal jumped up and Ridgey flew right under it.
"Now, CrystalCannon!" I yelled. Crystal glided down and started shooting spikes an Ridgey. Ridgey fell to the ground. Haha I thought.
"Ridgey, get up and use Gust!" Iggy yelled. Ridgey flew back up and flapped it's wings so hard, it created a huge gust of wind. It blew Crystal backwards. The wind knocked over trees.
"Crystal, Tackle attack! Go!" Crystal ran towards Ridgey and tackled it. Ridgey flew back up.
"Ridgey finish it up with Arial Ace!" Ridgey flew towards Crystal.
"Dodge it and use X-Spike" Crystal swiftly moved to the side of Ridgey and it attacked it with its spike hands. Ridgey fainted!
Chapter 3
Iggy Lost
''Oh no, I lost" Iggy yelled.
"Who's the loser now LOSER!"
Iggy returned Ridgey into it's capture card which is what we use to catch Pokegon. Crystal came running back to me. Iggy turned around and left. I hope I run into Iggy again later for another battle. I can't wait to battle a gym leader, which are really strong trainers, but not nearly as strong as the Elite 5 and the champion.
Professor Star gave me a basic capture card for each type. He told me I could bye more advanced ones later on. I can't wait until I start building on to my collection.
I walked out the door and headed for the Comet-Woods to get to my next destination.
