Hey guys! It's me! I'm not leaving, and most certainly not dead. Aw shit that got depressing xD. As you can see by the title, I'm starting a miniseries called 'Records of a Pokemon Scientist'. It's basically about a scientist recording his findings about Pokemon and his personal experiences (some chapters might be real time/non Pokedex). The scientist, known as Alan Barclay, will also have Pokemon, but that will become clear later on. Without further ado, let's begin!
Alan's Pokemon:
None as of yet
Pokedex Entry: Pokemon Number 133
Species Name: Eevee
Today, I went on a walk in Viridian Forest, a mile away from my house. The Professor gave me a device called a Pokedex before I left, saying I could help get information for him. I hesitantly accepted, since it was just a walk, but I thought about how it would pay off for me, so any negativity was extinguished instantly. As I walked through the endless maze of fresh greenery, I heard a rustling in the bushes behind me.
As I went to investigate, I found a small Pokemon rustling the bushes. Actually, two. Both were small furry quadruped animals, with a scarf-like fur arrangement around their necks. But the odd part was that one was brown with a light beige fur scarf and brown eyes, and the other was silver with a white fur scarf and blue eyes. They instantly jumped at me, jumping with joy, so I did lie down on the ground and let them have their fun.
But I got a call from the Professor, telling me to get back urgently. I looked at both of the Eevee, and into their eyes. Smiling, I picked up them both, gently placing them in my backpack with the top open, letting them poke their heads out.
Once I got back to the lab, the Professor noticed the Eevee, and I pulled them out and sat them on the table. The Professor pulled out two Poke Balls, suggesting I should capture the two Pokemon, which I did, but I instantly let them out of the Poke Balls and put them away.
I've since named the Shiny Eevee Jade, because the flowers I found her near were jade coloured. And I named the other Eevee Vee, because she's simple yet sweet.
I've found that Eevee as a species is usually very happy and cheerful. Jade and Vee are currently lying in bed with me as I'm writing this, and they are sleeping soundly. Well, not gonna keep them waiting.
Good night,
Alan Barclay
So, sorry for the short chapter, but I'm starting on a clean slate and I'm trying to get my writing spirit back, so the first couple chaps will be short. In other words, Alan recorded his experiences with the species of Eevee, and he revealed he found two in the forest (one Shiny and one not) and named them Jade and Vee respectively.
1: Do you like this idea?
2: Thoughts for the next entry?
3: Jade or Vee?
