A track of my favourite original soundtracks (OST) that emits melancholy, sadness and lamentations played throughout my journey on a small dingy boat on a polluted River Styx. The voices that came from my smart phone, mesmerising sopranos and angelic baritones and other voices of all different range including the beautifully crafted music scores from various instruments were calming to me. Made me accept my fate.

Ah, that's the beauty of music. When life gets tough, even in the afterlife, music is the eternal go to and must bring item.

I heaved a blue yet satisfied sigh.

"I can rest in peace now."

"Oh quite being drama, boy! You're not dead!"

That is true. I'm very much alive and kickin' – um, not that alive and kickin', I'm still alive but more… sickly. None the lest, I'm still alive and kicking.

Right, I haven't introduced myself yet. Let's keep it that way, who in their right mind who introduce themselves to strangers? Only the crazy, attention-seeking, wannabe-badass and narcissistic ones. But I do apologise for my manners. I tend to be paranoid.

"Don't you have anything more… upbeat?"

"I have most of Zion T's, Dynamic Duo's, Crush's, San E's, Lesssang's, Hyukoh's, Primary's, Gaeko's, Bobby's…"

Charon let out a groan which is a mix between frustration and dismay. When someone is at their lowest, I usually listen to Zion T's songs, so as a token of appreciation, I switched music.

A nice tone, like a light chime, rang out pleasantly.

And then followed by a smooth, groovy and unique voice.

"Nice song."

"I know right!"

So, right now, why am I hitching a ride in my good ol' uncle Charon's boat eh? Well, before that, I must make it clear that despite relations with this old mis-man, I still had to pay an obolus that was supposed to be my lunch money.

Anyway, I'm on my way to my temporary new home situated in the underworld after my last fiasco.

Last Fiasco

*unidentified screams of horror and agony + police and ambulance sirens*

"Run!"

End of Last Fiasco

As the ferry swam further and further downstream, I caught sight of a large black hound with three heads. Hm… a Rottweiler. I prefer a Labrador, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky or a Akita but a Rottweiler is cute too.

Beside the cute three headed dog was a skeleton guard.

I gingerly got off the boat and as soon as I step foot on land, Uncle Charon pushed the boat from the edges and drifted away. Was he that desperate to rid of me? Guess I'll never know.

I pull the strap of my bag off my shoulders and put a hand inside. Cerberus tilt its heads adorably, curious at what I'm doing. My fingers rummaged through stuff and felt a nice, warm, round and plastic object. I fished it out immediately.

Cerberus barked.

A green ball in my hand.

"Woof!"

"You don't like the colour?"

"Woof!"

I nodded my head understandingly.

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

I put the ball down. Cerberus inclined its heads for a head rub. I've made peace with Cerberus.

"Mister Xen Yu?" someone with a boyish voice said. Not sure if it's the bony guard but it sounds too human.

"Yup."

I looked up from Cerberus and noticed a small boy, no wonder I couldn't see him (he's blocked by the gate, the guard, Cerberus and the bushes). Fur jacket clad above a plan t-shirt and a pair of baggy pants. He had a headful of messy black hair and the most intense pair of eyes.

Pretty sure that was from him.

Just so you know, my name might not be my name.

"My father is expecting you."
