BOOK ONE: THE CLIQUE
NOTE: I know the 'Briarwood Boys' don't appear much in the first Clique Novel but the "Briarwood Girls" are going to make plenty of appearances.
THE OCD BOYS
DERRICK HARRINGTON: New year and he's still ruling, but when total loser Cameron shows up he can't help but frown. With his sights set on older lady 'Layne Abeley,' then flitting to naive Claire Lyons, he's upset when all those girls seem to orbit around Cameron. Will he let Cameron break into his group - which he likes to call The Jet Set.
JOSHUA HOTZ: Sick of being second to Derrick, Joshua's not sure if he should team up with new boy Cameron to take Massie down or keep on silently sulking about being Beta to Derrick. Can he handle another year of being a Beta? Or will he crack?
CHRIS PLOVERT: How he got into The Jet Set would be a wonder if it weren't for his famous mother and charming good looks. Known for burping and complaining about a billion things it's a wonder he's Gamma of The Jet Set. One of the things he's especially known for complaining about is his weight. Will he get kicked off of the soccer team for eating too much pizza at Slice of Heaven?
KEMP HURLEY: The smart one of the group has no tolerance for the unruly and has been known as 'the secretary' of the Jet Set. For some reason he always seems to be wearing Derrick's hand-me-down Ralph Lauren polos? Will Kemp suffer in fashion silence?
CAMERON FISHER: Staying with the Harringtons means a new start. Making friends with Layne Abeley, a girl who doesn't seem to mind his gummy bear obsession and is a horse riding pro helps Cam out a bit. However there is no better social honor than being with the Jet Set, and Cam is determined to get in.
THE BRIARWOOD GIRLS
MASSIE BLOCK: Briarwood cheer leading has never been better and she's happy and healthy being the most popular girl in Briarwood Academy. Her weird charm makes the boys fall over her and team 'playa' attitude makes the girls laugh. She has her eyes set on the one boy who seems to notice her best friend and not her...
ALICIA RIVERA: She doesn't have a problem being second to Massie and has her eyes set on Josh Hotz, he's cute and has an awesome last name.
DYLAN MARVIL: She couldn't make the cheer team due to 'obesity' problems. Oh well, the boys aren't complaining, curvy and fab are the same thing nowadays. She couldn't be healthier or more food loving.
KRISTEN GREGORY: She's a bit of a pervert, the total opposite of a peeping Tom. Maybe that's just to hide what team she really plays for...
CLAIRE LYONS: She and Massie are dominating at soccer this year, and this gorgeous guy has his eyes set on her to make matters better. Issue is, another guy is starting to show interest and it is not the guy Claire wants.
