A very short ficlet based on the post on tumblr where Blaine and Kurt keep referring to each other as "my fiancé" and their friends get annoyed.
"I'll see you after work, fiancé," Blaine would say sweetly as Kurt kissed him and left the loft.
"I'm meeting my fiancé at the diner after work," Kurt would excitedly gush to Isabelle as he waited for work to end.
"I can't believe how sweet my fiancé is," Blaine would tell Rachel when they woke up to find that Kurt had made them pancakes.
"I love my fiancé," Kurt sighed happily one day while Blaine was out buying them coffee. Blaine had sent him an adorable text, just reminding him how much he loved him, and Kurt couldn't contain his grin. "Isn't he just the sweetest—"
"Would you two /please/ try to tone down the mushy lovebird syndrome?" Santana groaned. "I think I'm gonna be sick."
"What do you mean?" Kurt asked innocently.
She glared at him. "You know. You both do it. Every day, it's 'my fiancé /this/,' or 'my fiancé /that/.' You two are so in love it's sickeningly adorable."
Kurt just laughed. "I just like referring to him as my fiancé."
"And soon enough I'll be referring to him as my husband," Blaine piped in, having heard the last bit of their conversation as he was walking in the door. Kurt turned to him and grinned, humming happily when Blaine peck his lips. "Here's your coffee, my beautiful fiancé." He handed Kurt a cup with a little heart drawn on it and Kurt blushed as Blaine not-so-subtly kissed his neck before walking into the kitchen.
"That's it, I give up!" Santana exclaimed, pretending like she hadn't smiled at seeing the exchange. "You two tone down the sappy out here while I try to get some beauty sleep."
Kurt giggled and followed Blaine into the kitchen. "She loves us."
Blaine grinned at him, letting Kurt hug him from behind and rest his chin on Blaine's shoulder.
"I think I love us just a little more, my soon-to-be-husband."
"I think I'm okay with that."
