18 was standing in front of a casket with a frown in her face, "This remind me of the day I was captured."
With a look of grim bearings across her face, 18 reflects on the day she was captured.
A still image of 18 being restrained by Gero. 18 was looking up and saw a red bird. [18 reflects on an old myth her mother once told her. About a red bird that observes kidnapped children and reports it to the gods.]
18 waited for the gods, but they never came. She hated myth ever since, also unnecessarily disturbing images of 18 being viciously assaulted and touched by Gero.
12 years later
18 and Marron was having an intense argument about dates, "Why can't I go out with Goten!"
[18 flashed back to a memory of her mother and father heading out to a movie theater. They came back.]
3 year later
[18 flashed back to where her mother and father were being viciously murdered by Gero.]
5 years later
18, despite all of her years being a loving mother and wife with a life she seemed happy with, turned EVIL, murdering her husband and daughter in the process. She also tried to force herself on Chi Chi and got her mind altered terribly by Bulma. (I cannot make that up. DC actually did that with the Justice League once.)
She was now sporting a black swimsuit that had spikes all over her torso and turned to Vegeta, who also turned out to be EVIL all along with no redeeming qualities whatsoever and was wearing black armor that covered his entire body. (The reason that 18 isn't wearing as much clothing as Vegeta is…..well..gotta have some sexual appeal for perverts. But we're not gonna give some Vegeta fan service because who would want to see a man in a swimsuit?)
Bulma talked Vegeta down and Goku slapped 18, bringing her to her senses. (Hooray for sexism.)
2 months later
18, who was now wearing Saiyan Battle armor, was staring down Goku and Krillin with a smirk, "We meet at last."
Don't worry. They'll be more unneeded crap like this by year's end.
Comic books are a weird medium, aren't they? Constant reboots, very graphic stuff, retcons, constantly stupid sexual outfits, and constant deaths and revivals. (This took way longer than expected.)
