"Surprise!"
Becker was speechless. The beautiful sight before him had rendered all sound to choke in his throat and tears to well up in his eyes. His feet were unstable beneath him as he wobbled towards the creature and when his fingers touched it, when he caressed the body, he nearly collapsed to the ground.
She was beautiful. She was perfect and she was here!
"How…?" Becker couldn't take his eyes off her. "You are kidding me, right?"
Matt smiled as he stood behind Becker, enjoying the absolute shocked state he was in.
"Nope. She's all yours."
Becker finally broke and flung himself against the bonnet of the large black Ford VelociRaptor, hugging it with all his might.
Matt gathered that he had made the right choice in replacing Becker's lost truck, when a pair of hands grabbed hold of his face and a mouth kissed him with fierce and grateful ferocity.
"You're the best!"
Matt just hoped that Becker wouldn't expect any more Birthday and Christmas presents…ever.
