Four Seasons make our World go Round (4)
Four Seasons make our World go Round
They come unannounced like a new Song
Winter -the first Season- makes you frostbitten
You need to use three pairs of mittens
The second Season -is Spring-
Children Laugh and Play by the slide
Near an Open Pond -people shout "Oi!"-
So their friends can see the koi
Summer -the third Season-
The shining Sun smiles down on us
But, in the welcoming Sun you shall not linger-
Or you'll be screaming, "I've got Blisters on me Fingers!"
The final Season of them all
Despised as much as a child hates veggies-
This Season is named Fall
Students sulk as a new school year begins-
Fear not -dear Reader-
Onca Fall is blessed Adieu,
Winter takes its place
And the cycle begins Anew-
A/N: This a poem I had to make for my English class last year. We had to make an Emily Dickinson-esque poem about anything. Poetry isn't my forte, but I don't mind advice from anyone else to help me improve! Please review!
