Welcome

Summary: Neglected. Ignored. Unseen. She was invisible. She was unwelcome. So then, she became different. But really, was she welcome?

Chapter 1: Dreams shattered

I sat at my usual seat, by the corner at the end of the classroom. Everyone spoke to themselves, not bothering about me. I took out my old and ugly phone as a no-star, and listened to some music.

"Hey look! The freak is listening to music on her damn cheap phone!" A random guy said, causing attention to be driven to me.

I looked up, and the queen of the school's cold eyes met mine.

"Tch, look bitch, in this class, it's either you use a 1-star phone, or no phone." The strawberry blonde spoke, honey laced in every word. I didn't reply, for I never spoke before in this place.

"Luna, she's mute, did you forget? She won't reply you." Anna Umenomiya said.

"Sure~" Luna said, before reaching out her manicured hands to snatch my phone away, initially pulling my earphones out of my ears, which hurt. She slammed the phone on the floor, breaking my one and only phone as a no-star. I stared at my phone blankly.

"So, what are you going to do, no-star?" Luna said, her voice ringing in my ears. It repeated over and over again, no star. Yes, so what if I'm a nerd, a freak, a no star? Aren't I an Alice just like them? We're all freaks.

"No, we're not all freaks, Sakura. We're all different, but you are dangerous. You are the freak." Kokoroyomi, the mind-reader in class said.

I held my head low, thinking about it.

Yes… I am useless. I'm different. I'm a freak. The NO-STAR.

I stood up from my seat, causing Luna to tumble a bit, surprised. I left the room to find my mentor, Persona.

If I was different, shouldn't I be gone?
