Sonnet for a Senshi

The Dance
11/5/02

There she walks with grace down the marble hall

Sparkling light glints through high archèd windows

The noisy crowd is heard far from the ball

She enters with her head held high and so

They stop and stare as her gown settles still

Her regal gaze stills them as she looks out

To see their solemn faces take their fill

There stands a man from whom comes a shout

They pause and hectic night comes to a halt

Her hand finds his and music starts to play

This man in her can not find any fault

Rhythm leads their bodies to shift and sway

But glorious night must come to an end

The fates seal all when time knows not to bend

~*~Notes From Zellie.*~*

Ah, the curse of school assignments. I thought it was pretty good, if not a little screwed up. No, it's not intended to be any one senshi. It's ambiguous! Let it be who you chose it to be. Now, for a side note. My computer crashed, so this is the only bit of writing I can put up here right now. Take it or leave it. Hopefully I'll get my computer fixed and all will be good. Questions?
