Wart Hogs: The Years Before Hogwarts
The Start of a new Year
"Come on Ronald! We're going to be late! Again!" yelled Mrs Weasley
"I'm coming! Just give me a second!" shouted Ron
It was a new year at Wart Hogs and was Ron's fourth year there. Wart Hogs is a school for magical children who are too young to attend Hogwarts but can't be home schooled.
"Ron, Mum says if you don't get downstairs right now- Hey what's this?" said Fred as he grabbed at something sticking out of Ron's pocket, " To Lavender, I am glad to see you again and I was wondering if you would like to go out with me to Diagon Alley? Love Ron Weasley" Fred read aloud.
"Give it back!" Ron cried angrily, jumping so he could reach it.
"Not until you help us…" said George
"What kind of help?" asked Ron
"Well seeing as it's our last year at Wart Hogs and we're going to Hogwarts next year, we want to pull the biggest prank ever!" whispered Fred
"What's in it for me?" questioned Ron
"You get your letter back and in your fifth and final year, you will be known as a hero," muttered George
"Fine what's the prank?" Ron asked
As Fred and George explained it to him, Ron's mouth dropped lower and lower and lower. "You want me to help you with that?!" gasped Ron
"Yeah!" said Fred and George in unison
"And if I don't?"
"We'll tell the whole school about your little crush,"
"Fine then" said Ron "let's just go and get it over with". As he walked out he snatched the letter from Fred and glared at them.
