Hey it's been awhile! Upon watching AnoHana the movie's opening, I felt that I could write a poem that for once wasn't so sad. So here it is. My previous poem on AnoHana "Farewell" had this very serious tone to it, so I really felt relieved during writing this one. This poem resembles the opening a lot, since I was making it while I was listening and watching this video
so feel free to follow along: watch?v=nUEVGfHd53g. you might just get a kick out of it.

The format for this one is odd but here goes. 3 lined stanza - 2 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 4. for the first 4 stanza's the periods break the stanza. For the last 2 stanzas, treat them as 4 lined stanzas.

I didn't make the video though so all credit goes to the uploader of it. And of course I don't own Ano hana, all rights belong to their respective owners.

On that clear summer day,

We were playing by the yard

Smiling heartly.

You grabbed my hand

And we went on a trip via train.

It all seems distant,

but it's all coming back now.

Back at our base,

our feelings were told

and everything was clear.

On this clear summer day,

our memories come back.

We hold dear in our hearts,

that special someone.

Everyone knows,

we treasure the same one.

We made a promise to her.

We'll always stick together.
