Chapter One

I was coming home from school on my bike when I heard someone call my name.

"Hey Emily wait!" The voice was from a girl I didn't recognized it at first, I stopped my bike and turned my head.

"Oh hey Mona!" Mona is in my opinion a really cool girl but Alison doesn't think she is so I don't hang out with her in fear that Ali would laugh at me and kick me out of the group or something!

"Can I ask you a big favor?" She asked me with a shy smile.

"Of course!" I said smiling.

"So you know how we have this big science test tomorrow and I know you're really good in science so I was wondering could you like help me study?"

"Yes I would be happy too! Come on let's go to my house." I said getting off by bike to walk beside it to be able to walk at Mona's speed.

"Thank you so much Em!" She smiled. Her smile is literally the best! It could light up a whole town.

"No worries!" I replied.

5 minutes later we arrived at my house. My parents weren't home today so I had to unlock the door and my lock doesn't unlock very well so it took me like 4 minutes to unlock it.

"There finally!" I said with a giggle.

We entered my house and put our bags on the table, we took our books out and got started on the whole studying thing.

"So what do you need help with?" I asked

"Well you see I… I need help with everything!" She stuttered and look away embarrassed.

"Oh it's ok, I just wish you would have come to me sooner though cause it's a lot of stuff to take all in, in a few hours." As I said that I saw the face of Mona turn very anxious. "Buut don't worry about it you'll be fine!" I quickly added, her face instantly brighten up.

"Okay great!" She said smiling,she got up and came to sit beside me. "You see i'm really happy that you're actually being nice to me and all! For a while i've been by myself and it was hard but then you came along and made everything better thank you!" She said with a low tone as she was scared to say those words.

"Awh Mona you are wonderful" I put my hand on her arms. " I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to be your friend!" We were looking into each other's eyes smiling. I don't know why but I leaned in and kissed her. It came out of nowhere, well maybe not for a while now I was thinking more and more about her. She kissed me back the kiss was passionate she put one hand on my face and the other one was going down my back.
