Sonic Movie Ideas:
Flashback of all of Eggman's defeats (5 years from present day).
5 years later, Sonic and everyone else is perfectly fine and thinks Eggman won't show up ever since their last encounter, but Eggman hasn't given up.
Eggman was hiding in a secret base on Earth to build his machines and ships labeled as "Protocal: XXII" as a backup for his upcoming plan. Eggman reveals himself in front of sonic and friends as he tries to destroy sonic, but ultimately fails. Sonicthinks its about time Eggman has given up, and Eggman pretends to quit.
Later, Eggman learns from his grandfather's work as not only on the space colony ark, but a hidden power inside the moon. Gerald Robotnik had a secret mission to uncover what exactly was inside the moon, and he concludes it as,"great, unlimited power to light up a city for millenniums to come", but only a person with the knowledge to uncover it was his own before he died.
Eggman was the person to uncover the secret as Sonic confesses with the President what they should do in case Eggman "hasn't learned his lesson". Then sonic gets a distress signal from Eggman saying that a bigger threat is to come in 1 day, and to be prepared, or he will conquer the president responds that it would be too dangerous for the public to know about what is coming until Eggman's plan has comminsed. Sonic believes that people should be prepared for it, but the president decides against it. Eggman eventually finds a hyper-active crystal that had no limit to power and could power up Nd entire universe. Eggman splits it in 3 and finishes his creations and began to comminse Protocal XXII.
24 hours have passed, and Eggman's biggest fleet he had ever made comes in orbit to earth. 4 ships cover all the continents of the world, and Sonic tries to decide what to do. Sonic speaks with the president about it, and the president says that there are secret underground tunnels throughout the country that he had planned with Gerald Robotnik in case of a terrorist attack. The president calls people to get to those underground tunnels immediately and they are to be found in sewers on where there is a secret door once you get inside in every city. The tunnels are designed to fit in at least 3 trillion people. Sonic plans how to stop Eggman by having silver and blaze go into one continent, shadow and sonic in the USA, and knuckles and rouge in another continent. Tails and Amy are to warn people to get to safety as quickly as possible as everyone else holds the fleet off.
Knuckles and Rouge use chaos control to go into the eastern continent, and silver and blaze to go into the western as sonickeeps hold of the chaos emeralds and knuckles with the master emerald in case of advanced takedown.
As they hold off the ships for about 30 minutes, they all decide to go super through "transparent" chaos control only provided by the master emerald, and they see that it is still not good enough to hold off Eggman's fleet. They all decide to go with the advanced takedown and all turn Hyper, and sonic was able to find Eggman's main hidden power source inside his main ship that covered the US, and it ultimately destroyed one of the 3 ships that orbited the earth. Sonic tells everyone else what to do and where to find the other chunks of unlimited power inside Eggman's ships, and they all find them and destroy them.
Silver uses his hyper power from the super emeralds to recover the damage done in all the continents in a matter of one hour as blaze puts out the fires from the explosions of Eggman's ships while sonic and shadow visit the president and knuckles and rouge making sure people were ok. Sonic and shadow find out that the crystal was connected to the chaos/super emeralds' power and how sonic was able to track down the power source on Eggman's ships.
Everyone is recovered and they live happily ever after.
