Miss Me?
"I hope these are enough?" Carter thought to himself as quickly sniffed the bouquet of white pink roses again. Carter thought they matched his girlfriend Kendrix's ranger colors. Again Carter hoped that they be enough though considering he'd been so busy with his firefighting duties in Mariner Bay that he hadn't be able to stay in contact with Kendrix as he liked; so he'd hope she'd forgive him she'd have to right only one way to find out right. As Carter walked into the park he suddenly had a foreboding feeling that something wasn't right; and it didn't take long to figure out he was right. "Oh and what do we have here?" a voice said from a group of nearby trees; "alright show yourself!" Carter shouted unsure of what to expect. "It will be my pleasure red ranger" the voice replied as the figure came into view and what Carter saw was what he would describe as a halloween costume gone horribly wrong.
It was bright red and black and it looked like a demon from hell. Quickly getting into a defensive position Carter said "How did you know I was a red ranger and secondly who are you?" Laughing diabolically the figure advanced towards Carter. "Allow me to introduce myself red ranger my name is Psycho Red;and I am better than you; and stronger than you; and as an added bonus I know everything about you. Carter meanwhile backed up until he hit a tree. "Nowhere left to run red ranger" Psycho Red said still laughing like a maniac. "That's what you think!" Carter said; good thing I brought my morpher with me as he quickly morphed into the Lightspeed Rescue Red Ranger.
A fight ensued and Carter was suddenly overpowered by Psycho Red. The final blow for now came in the form of Psycho Red simply kicking Carter into a tree and knocking him unconscious. Meanwhile at GSA or otherwise known as the Galactic Space Alliance. Kendrix was sitting at her desk trying to get some work done;but couldn't because something was on her mind or rather a certain someone and that someone was Carter Grayson. Looking at the picture on her desk it was taken the last time Carter came to visit on the park in Terra Venture. Carter had gotten somebody else to take the photograph Kendrix was sitting in Carter's lap with his arms wrapped securely around her waist and the two had big smiles on their faces.
That picture was one of Kendrix's favorites it brought a smile to her face. Kendrix just hoped that Carter was ok as she hadn't heard from him in a while. She knew being a firefighter was an important job for Carter it was his dream job. Although in saying that Kendrix wished he didn't all those daredevil maneuvers they made her nervous;and also fearful that something bad might happen to Carter. Kendrix was brought out of her train of thought by her morpher beeping telling her that the other rangers needed her help because a monster was somewhere in Terra Kendrix excused herself she couldn't shake this feeling that something bad was in the air.
She just couldn't shake it but for some reason Kendrix had a sneaky suspicion that it had to do with Carter; and she didn't know how right she was as raced to assist the other rangers. ."Come guys hurry the monsters signal is somewhere in this park let's stick together until…." Leo started to say. Before Kendrix cried out "CARTER!" Leo watched as Kendrix raced over to Carter's unconscious form and began to shake him gently to no advil. Still in her ranger form Kendrix looked at her teammates and said "He's not waking up!" The other rangers including Mike could hear the desperation in her voice and they felt sorry for her who won't. Mike however could sense jealousy coming from his younger brother Leo as he watched Kendrix's interaction with Carter.
Mike then out of the corner of his eye noticed a bouquet of white pink roses. Mike figured out that Carter must have gotten them for Kendrix; as he picked them up he'd give them to Kendrix at a later date. Mike was brought out of his thoughts by Maya saying "Kendrix let's get Carter to Alpha maybe he can do something." "Yeah thanks Maya" was all Kendrix said; as she watched Damon and Kai somehow carry a unconscious Carter to the infirmary she never left Carter's side for a minute. Maya and Mike followed with Leo taking up the rear. Leo's eyes never wavered from Kendrix's for a minute Leo growled under his breath; he just hoped no one heard that or at least he thought no one heard but he thought wrong Mike heard him and he was going to have a long talk with his younger brother.
Hey this is Smart Kira here let me know what you think but be nice summaries are not my strong points ok. Also let me know if I should continue this and write another chapter.
