AN: I would like to say I do not own My Hero Academia or Kamen Rider and belong to their respected companies.
He is tired, hurt and sad. This is the feelings Izuku Midoriya is feeling right now. Right now he is resting after being heal from Recovery Girl. He felt total sorrow for losing the fight to Todoroki. It just shows he wasn't strong enough. He felt like he didn't he deserved to be All Might successor. Before he could get to see his fellow schoolmates final matches he sees a small black box catching his attention.
"Huh? Did someone left this for me or did they forgot about it?" Izuku asked to no one as he picked up the box with his good hand. It looks plain and it was holding cards. Izuku put the deck on his knee and took a card and only to have a wormhole picture with the word 'seal' above it. Does somebody in his class play card games? The card doesn't look interesting. Maybe that's why left they left it here leaving a plain deck of cards for plain ol' Deku.
Suddenly the deck began to glow, pulling Izuku into a reflection of nurses' office door window. While tumbling through some unknown space, a mysterious armor materializes around Izuku before he lands in the Mirror World. As he got up look at himself and saw he was wearing some grey armor. He had a gauntlet on his left arm.
"What happened? Where am I? How did I get here?" Izuku starts to panic.
Izuku calms himself down and straightens up the only way he was going to get answers was to find them. If he could find his friends and other heroes they can help him with the with weird armor. As he got of Recovery Girl's office he went to find anybody. As he started to walk around only to find the whole place empty. Where was everybody? Did the villains attack again? But nothing seems to be damaged so that can't be the case.
As he got outside there was nobody outside the stadium as well it was totally empty it was like he was the last man on Earth. Even the cars are empty. What the hell is going on? Izuku couldn't process this. He looks at car window to have a better look at this armor he's wearing and he has to say it's pretty plain.
"You gotta be kidding me," Izuku as he examines his gray armor. When he turned around to look if there are any signs of other people till he caught something weird. The signs and billboards are written backward. Then, suddenly a giant spider came out of nowhere coming towards him.
"What is this," Izuku cry out. He couldn't ask a question now a huge spider is coming at him and it probably wanted to eat him. He tried to use All For One, but he couldn't he tried again and it didn't work. Maybe it was the armor he was wearing. Did the armor block his usage of the Quirk? Now he was scared so the only he knew he could do. And that's running away.
As he ran from the giant spider it getting closer to him. The spider crawls faster and crawled ran on a side of a wall of a building then got in front of Izuku and smack towards the sixth-floor wall then fall hard to the concrete floor.
As Izuku was getting up from the fall the spider was getting closer and as the spider was going to attack him again it was knocked back by a motorcycle. Izuku look at his savior only to see a man with a similar but different outfit as he got out of his cycle. As his savior got out he saw the man was holding a sword. The man got in front of Izuku and confronted the spider. Out a nowhere a huge bat flew past above them. Izuku freaks out but the man didn't flinch.
"What a surprise, you still haven't made a contract with a monster?" The man asked Izuku in a curious tone.
"Huh?! Am I supposed to make a contract with that thing?!" Izuku shouted pointing at giant spider.
"You have much to learn," the man replied.
The man pulled out a card from his belt. Izuku realized that was the same type of card he had on his deck but this one a something like a lance. As he put his card in the deck of his sword slot it made a sound.
Sword Vent
The man put his sword away. Suddenly a lance came falling down from the sky and the man catches it. The armored man ran towards the monster spider and went full-on attack. As he blocked and attacks the giant spider.
Izuku look at his belt to see it also has a deck of cards he can't believe he didn't notice the belt. He took a card and look at the gauntlet device on his arm he then put the card into the slot.
Sword Vent
His gauntlet said as a sword landed near him. He walks towards the sword and unsheathed from the floor.
"Alright, I still don't understand any of this and I can't use my Quirk, but I'm not going to let this man fight on his own," Izuku said as he went charging in to help his armored man.
As the man was knocked back a few feet he saw Izuku run pass him and going to fight the monster. When Izuku reaches the spider he went in to slice it only for the sword to snap in half.
Izuku looked shocked, "It broke!"
Izuku got knocked back by the spider only to see he was flying back to his savior. Izuku guessed the man will save him again only to be shown wrong. The man knocks Izuku to the side by his lance.
"Don't get in my way!" The man said. He got another card and put it in his sword slot
Advent
Suddenly the giant bat from before came flying in but not to attack them but to hit the spider and slice a couple of its legs. The armored man got another card and put in the slot.
Final Vent
The man charged forward to the spider as he went for his final attack the giant bat monster came back and shrank and became the mans' cape. He jumped up then went in for a kick but the cape wrap around him to become a sharp lance. As warrior hit the spider making it explode too many pieces
Izuku went to check if the man survives the explosion and to his relief, his savior did survive. Izuku ran up to the man and asked him a few questions. "Wait, wait! Hey! You're the same as me, right? You are human, right? Right? Just what is going on here?! What is all this?!"
It was obvious the man was getting tired of Izuku non-stop questions, "Stop screwing around!"
Izuku walk in front of him frustrated as well, "Who's screwing around?!"
The man was ignoring Izuku as he was looking up at the sky then he pushed the boy away as a fireball hits between them.
"So it came?"
"A dragon?!" Izuku said in wonder and saw the man leaving him behind, "Wait!"
As they ran from the red dragon that was chasing after them Izuku was asking the man to wait a moment for a second. The dragon was shooting fireballs around them as they running inside a parking lot. As they try to escape both armored warriors were blown away by the dragon's fireball. Knocking them down on the street.
"It's a pretty massive opponent," The masked man said when he sees his hand was begging to fade away and the boy as well. "So time's up?"
The man ran out to a different location. Izuku saw this and followed the man. "Hey, where you going?!" Izuku called out.
"We can only remain in this world for a limited time," the man said. "Hurry out or you die."
Izuku can give him a confused look if the man can see through his helmet.
"Before I go, what's your name," the man asked.
"Midoriya Izuku," Izuku said.
"We'll meet again," as the man just jumps through the mirror leaving Izuku behind.
Izuku was surprised by this and decided to follow the man. Izuku ran to the same mirror the man went through only to break the mirror leaving a huge crack.
"Ow! Why didn't I go through?" Izuku asked.
"Return the way you came!" the man's voice shouted.
"The way I came? I don't even know how I got here!" Izuku cried out then the red dragon came back to attack Izuku, "Oh God." Izuku made a break for it. As Izuku ran for his life he started to remember that he came through the nurse office window. Izuku ran back to the stadium dodging every fireball that dragon was throwing at him. Izuku finally made it to the stadium entrance and kept on running till he got into Recovery Girl's office. He got inside, close the door, and jump through the window of the door. As he passes through the unknown space he landed back to the Recovering Girl's office and while also losing his armor.
Once his armor was gone the door open to see All Might in his deflate skinny form. Toshinori was surprised to see Izuku on the floor.
"Kid what are you doing in the floor," Toshinori asked as he helps Izuku up.
"Um, I'd slip," Izuku lied. Izuku couldn't say he was in some kind of mirror world where he almost died from a giant monster.
"Come on kid, I think you had enough sleep. One of your friends is about to start his match," Toshinori said.
"Who?"
"Iida," Toshinori answered.
Before Izuku can go and see his friends match he had to ask All Might a question, "All Might, did you become a teacher to look for a successor, right? Everyone's fighting with all they've got with their unrelenting spirits. So, I've been thinking that…"
"That I should find another replacement," Toshinori finished for him.
"…Right…"
"It's true there, the students here are exemplary heroes in the making. 'One For All' is a lattice power. If someone with a preexisting Quirk, like Todoroki, were to inherit it he would become an undeniable hero," Toshinori said.
"Well, then…"
"But, I too was born Quirkless," the pro hero said receiving a look of shock from Izuku. "It was rare to be born Quirkless, though not rare as it is now. My master that is, my predecessor, possessed a quirk, but she still believed in me and took me under her wing."
"Why didn't you ever tell me this?"
"You'd never asked, even though it was expecting it," All Might responded.
"So, All Might was Quirkless too?!" Izuku exclaimed.
"You remind me of myself a lot, but you have exceeded my expectations more time than I can count. In my hearts of hearts, I believe there's something special in you and you alone."
Izuku heart clenched, "I'm sorry."
"Anyway, the tournament's still not over. Shouldn't you get back and watch the rest," Toshinori said.
"Right," As Izuku ran to see his friend's match.

Izuku finally made it to see Tenya Iida fight Shoto Todoroki for the semi-finals. the match begins with Shoto launching an ice attack at Tenya, but Tenya dodges Shoto's attack by jumping into the air. Tenya activates Recipro Burst and attacks Shoto with a speed-enhanced kick, but Shoto narrowly dodges. Tenya quickly counters and attacks Shoto with another speed-enhanced kick, which slams Shoto down onto the ground. Despite being injured, Shoto grabs Tenya's leg but Tenya kicks Shoto away. Tenya grabs Shoto and proceeds to try and throw Shoto out of bounds before Recipro Burst ends. However, along the way, Tenya realizes that there is ice in his mufflers and he slows down. Shoto tells Tenya that he put ice in his mufflers when he grabbed his leg and freezes Tenya's entire body. Due to being unable to move, Tenya is declared defeated and Shoto advances to the final round of the tournament event. While walking away, Shoto admits to Tenya that he could not fully evade his Recipro Burst and says that he expected no less from it. Izuku is sad that his friend didn't win and by the look at his face Tenya's face, he was clearly upset.
The second match of the third round begins. It is Fumikage versus Katsuki. Unlike his previous matches, Fumikage is at a major disadvantage and is forced to go completely on the defensive due to the light from Katsuki's Explosions weakening Dark Shadow and that Dark Shadow hasn't fully replenished its strength. It was obvious that Katsuki was the winner of the match. Now the final match will be Shoto versus Katsuki and everybody knew that will be a fight that nobody wants to miss.
As the final match of the top two students of U.A. was about to begin. Izuku and his classmates were waiting in anticipation. A man tap Izuku on the soldier getting his attention. Izuku looked at the man who was taller than him wearing nothing but black.
"Are you Midoriya Izuku?" the man asked.
"Uh…yeah, do you need something?" Izuku asked.
"Yes, I believe we met before so follow me because I need to talk to you in private," The man said as he walked up the stairs.
That's when Izuku remember that voice when he attacks by those monsters. He was the man that save him. Izuku got up from his chair and looked at his friends. "Sorry guys but this important, I'll be back." Then left to follow the man.
"Your the man that saved me," Izuku said.
"You're lucky I saved your ass kid," the man said.
"Uh, what's your name? You never did tell me," Izuku asked.
"Iwaoka Haruki, Kamen Rider Knight," the man is known as Haruki answered.
"Kamen Rider? I don't think I've ever heard of a Pro Hero like that," Izuku said.
"Because I'm not a Pro Hero, I'm just an armored warrior fighting monsters," Haruki said. "Those monsters won't give up once they find their target. They feed on humans."
"Then we should tell the other Pro Heroes and tell them about this!" Izuku exclaimed.
"They can't do a thing. They can't do any damage to the mirror monsters unless they are a Kamen Rider like me and you. But you still don't have a contract so you can't do anything," Haruki stated making Izuku remember when his sword broke from trying to slash at the spider.
"So, you came all this way just to ask for my help?" Izuku asked.
"No." Izuku shoulder slumped down. "But an associate of mine thought to help you out. When I told her what happened in the Mirror World she thought you could help us with the monsters. They usually don't go outside the Mirror World but now they'll leave just to have a meal."
"So you'll let me help!" Izuku smiled.
"Sure but we'll have to get a contract for you soon," As they were finishing their conversation a giant boom came from the arena. "What the hell?"
Izuku and Haruki went to see the arena for the smoke to clear up Shoto are out of bounds, seemingly knocked out. A furious Katsuki walks to Shoto and grabs him by his shirt, dissatisfied with Shoto's performance. However, Katsuki is knocked out by the R-rated hero Midnight's perfume before he can do anything to Shoto. Katsuki was declared as the winner since Shoto was out of bound.
"Jeez, it got really intense when we left well then since the match is over you'll probably need to get ready for rewarding the winners or whatever, see you later Midoriya," Haruki parted.
"Goodbye Iwaoka-Senpai," Izuku said.

It was time for the closing ceremony of the U.A.'s Sports Festival reaches the award ceremony. Fumikage, Shoto, and Katsuki stand on the 3rd, 2nd and 1st podium respectively to receive their medals. However, due to being furious at Shoto and to prevent him from unleashing his fury at him, Katsuki is fully restrained; his arms and hands restrained with locks, his body wrapped around a wooden log, chained to the podium and a face mask.
All Might appears to give the winners their medals. All Might gives Fumikage his medal for placing third, congratulating him and acknowledging his strength. Fumikage replies that his words are too kind. He gives Fumikage a pat on the back and a congratulatory hug, telling Fumikage that in order to defeat his problem with unfavorable matchups he shouldn't always rely on his Quirk and that he should increase his own strength to deal with unfavorable matchups better, to which Fumikage says he will comply.
All Might gives Shoto his medal for placing second, congratulating him and understands that Shoto had his reasons for suppressing his fireside in the final match. Shoto tells All Might that he realizes that he has been trying to solve his problems by himself, admitting that it was the wrong way to go and that must come to terms with things to solve his problems. All Might gives Shoto a congratulatory hug, saying to Shoto that he won't pry any further and he knows fully well that Shoto can come to terms with anything that troubles him with his own power.
All Might then goes to give Katsuki his medal for first place, finding the restraints to be a little too much. All Might takes Katsuki's face mask off, causing Katsuki to angrily yells that he doesn't deserve to be Number One since his final match was unworthy. However, All Might tells Katsuki that society will acknowledge him as Number One even if he doesn't. All Might gives Katsuki his medal.
All Might was starting to give a speech to the U.A. students, "Everyone here today has the potential to be standing up here. As you witnessed. Competition. Encouragement. Pushing each other to climb higher and higher. The sprouts of today will grow into the heroes of tomorrow. In the spirit, let's have one final cheer!" All Might raise his fist. "Everyone say it with me! One, two, and THANKS FOR THE HARD WORK!" All Might cried as the students cried out Plus Ultra.
"We're supposed to say "Plus Ultra," All Might."
All Might sweatdrop, "Oh, right It's just they really did work so hard."

With the whole U.A. Festival finally over it was time for them to get back to class. was tell them to have a rest, "In light of the festival, you'll have tomorrow and the next day off. Scouting reports and such from pros will be waiting for you here after the break. So look forward to that as you enjoy your time off." Aizawa letting them know of their next step.
AN: I just got so interested in Kamen Rider I knew I had to write a story. Then I had an idea created the first 9 Heisei Riders in different anime series. I have an unfinished list in my profile so if you want to check it out please do. I still thinking what other series to put in there and still wondering if I should just let the crossovers just be in Japan. If you have any good suggestion please tell me even through PM.
