Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter.

One of my shorter poems. Hope you like it!

Metallic cords wrap around my throat, suffocating me, choking me.

Thin wires of ember glittering madly coiling around, I can't flee.

I am burning and freezing at the point where you can't tell

Whether or not am I frozen or burning in hell.

Save me, my friend. Save me before I die!

Save me before I face death, save me with your lies.

Save me with your slyness, your wits and your power,

Heal me before I succumb to the voices that get louder and louder.

She has used her charms, her power, everything to her advantage.

However everything I had was to my disadvantage.

She broke my mind and soul, shattering it like glass,

She hardened my heart to hard, rusty brass.

Never again will I make my walls low,

Never again will I allow in my foe.

For all we know the girl with an innocent mask is the one

Whom we should be wary against all odds, let us go and run!

Run to the woods and find yourself a haven,

Unleash thyself from your shackles and fly like a raven.

Free yourself and save me, together we shall rise

To both tasks and immunity we shall see through all lies.

We shall venture towards Hell and get out unscathed,

We shall fly out in the lands greatly unfazed.

For all we know we had broken together,

For all we know we'll now be you and me forever.

I know, I know, "Prayde, it's so bad I want to poke my eyeballs out and shove them into yours to see what I see!" but I'm bored and bad things happen when people get bored. Please review?
