Hey. Okay we have this contest going on at my school and I'm entering under Poems and this is one of them. Please critique! That would be great! :) The spacing and stanzas are off cuz well this computer is weird so....please and think you! :)
His Eyes
Like fire they pierced me,
Through MY SOUL,
Like they knew my whole.
Life's story,
Like they knew MY SOUL.
He smiled,
Sarcastically,
Like he knew,
They phased me…
They did.
They made MY SOUL sizzle,
My eyes water,
My insides tingle,
My heart flutter.
They where,
His Eyes,
Sparkling,
Like lights in the sky.
They made MY SOUL,
Sparkle too,
Like a contagious disease.
His Eyes,
Were knifes to MY SOUL,
Like Lovers Lost,
In an open field,
Wide open.
His Eyes where,
Mysterious orbs of
Black liquid,
Smothering me,
Suffocating me,
Destroying me,
Until I,
Was,
No,
More,
MY SOUL,
Was,
No,
More.
