"Bella you're my world, I could never live without you."
He said this and tears started to swell in Bella's eyes. She didn't know what to do. So many thoughts were going in her head. She didn't know who she needed, loved, or wanted. Jacob was her best friend but, there was a part of him she must have as least liked, but then again Edward was her love.
Edward could see the confusion in Bella's eyes, the pleading, and the hurt.
He spoke to her softly, "If you need time I will always be here, right by your side until you pick. But if you don't want me, I will leave you alone."
Like so many times before he spoke this same line. He knew that Bella was only human and that she only had one heart to guide her. Bella all of a sudden started running out of the forest. Edward was so confused to what she was doing, but Bella knew exactly what she was doing. She was running to Edwards's house, tripping and falling all the way there. She needed Alice right now, her friend that could help her to maybe guide her.
When Bella finally got to the road and was all torn up, she found Jacob standing right in front of her and ran straight into him. He saw the hurt in her eyes.
"What are you doing Bella? I can see something is wrong, please tell me."
She tried to get out of his iron grip, but she couldn't. When she looked over her shoulders she saw Edward, watching to see what was happening. Now she was bursting out thrashing to get out of Jacob's arms.
After a minute of this Edward stepped out of the shadows and Jacob let go. He snorted as Edward walked. Then he started to shake. Edward quickly grabbed Bella to his side and spoke to Jacob.
"You need to control your anger, dog," He told Jacob harshly.
Jacob retorted back, "Well you need to learn to let go of Bella!"
This triggered something in Bella's mind, she started to get out of Edwards tight grip, it didn't work to well. She then finely said quietly to Edward, "Let me go."
He did as commanded and let go. But first he told her one thing.
"Bella, I don't want to let you go. I'm scared that if I let go, I will never get you back."
This made Bella cry uncontrollably. She was gasping for air by the time she quit crying. Between breaths she tried to speak to Edward.
"Edward, I could never leave you like this. I LOVE you to much. I know my mind is still confused, but my heart isn't."
When she said this Jacob was torn, he started to quiver worse. In two seconds he all of a sudden leaped up and he was in his dog form. He was running towards Edward, and Edward braced himself.
