Hello everyone. This is my first story. Don't have high expectations, most likely it will be shit. I also warn you dear reader that my english is pretty broken so don't be surprised if something (or everything) makes no sense at all.

I got this weird idea that I should write a fire emblem bloodborne crossover when i started playing fe heroes. Irealy liket that game but was never into fire emblem until my friend lent me his 3ds with fe fates. ( I never had a nintendo console before. I was alvays a Ps gamer.) To tell you the truth i'm still not into fire emblem but i loved fates. And now looking for awakanening.

Warning: the story contains foul language, violence and gore ( Should I mention This? It's a bloodborne fanfic after all.)

Oh, I almost forgotten:

" normal speech "

' thoughts '

Disclaimer: I don't own jack shit except my original characters.

Chapter 1: The ending is just the beginning of something new

The hunter's dream: The only peaceful place at the night of the hunt. A safe haven for hunters. A workshop where hunters used blood to enhance their weapons and flesh. In the middle of the dream stood a small hut, the workshop. Before the hut were several gravestones, with these gravesones hunters could venture out into different parts of the waking world. Next to the gravevestones stood a doll. She strenghtened hunters by the echoes of the blood and provided comfort for countless hunters who partaken in the hunt, such as Eileen the crow or Djura. Behind the workshop laid the garden: a great open area that an ocean of white flower covered up.

A beautiful place truly, if it weren't for the Moon Presence. And what a creature like that wanted here? It wanted to kill three peculiar hunter. The Sanguhem brothers.

At first these three hunters started the hunt like the rest before them, puppets that could be used to eliminate whatever stood in the Presence's way. In their journey they faced the many horrors that yharnam could offer. Yet in the end they stood still unbroken. They defeated things such as Rom the vacuous spider, Ludwig, the legendary hunter who succumbed to beasthood and Lady Maria of the astral clocktover, keeper of the secrets of the fishing hamlet. They even bested Gehrman the first of the hunters, the host of the hunter's dream.

When they fought with him he was but a shadow of his former self, a slave of the moon presence prisoned in the dream to guide those unfortunate souls who got chosen by the great one.

The fight with him lasted long. Both part gave the best they got but in the end the three brother were the victor. Many would say Gehrman was the strongest, most skilled hunter. But even that wasn't enough to defeat them. It was true that faster, smarter, and stronger hunters were set foot in the dream before, but they were fought alone always. On the other hand the three could rely on each other. And because of this they were able to defeat the first.

When they defeated Gehrman, they left the moon presence without a host of the dream. And so it descended to take it's revenge. Whent it first appeared the hunter's were greatly surprised. They didn't expected that they are going to fight with a great one in the hunter's dream. But suddenly one of them stepped forward. A few moments later the other two started to follow their brother.

" So, whats the plan Artem? " Asked one of them. He wore the hooded helm of the hunters of yahar'gul, the yellow garb of Henryk and the gloves and trousers of father Gascoigne. He wielded the Burial Blade as his primary weapon and he had an Evelyn as his sidearm.
" Well, Tiber. Are you able to draw it's attention on you while me and Levis attack it's side and back?" Was Artem's response. He wore the iron helmet of the hunters of yahar'gul and the decorated attire of the old hunters. His weapon of choice was the Holy Moonlight Sword and his sidearm was Ludwig's Rifle.
" Yes I am. " Answered Tiber. Then turned to his another brother.
" And Levis, are you ready? " He silently nodded as he prepared for the fight. He put bone marrow ash in his own Evelyn and consumed a beast blood pellet. This one wore a simple black hood and the attire of the old hunters. In his right hand he held the Bloodletter.

They charged at the Moon Presence in a triangle formation. Tiber lead the charge while Artem and Levis followed him. As his brothers got behind the Presence. Tiber quickstepped near to the great one and cut in the fiend's leg, drawing little blood from it. In response the presence immediately struck him. He barely dashed under it and hit it's another leg. The great one collapsed. Tiber then went to his head and with a horizontal swing cut in it's neck deeply. The burial blade was almost cut the moon presence's head off. This time black blood sprayed everywhere. The Sanguhem brothers were stunned as they saw that It was still alive even after a damage like that. It then quickly swept Tiber away then lunged at Artem. It almost got him. Luckily Artem barely dodged it and charged the moonlight greatsword. The blade unleashed an arcane projectile at the thing's head. The Moon Presence shrieked in agony as Artem's projectile teared down some tentacles. The godlike being was about to fight back but Levis was right at it's back. With an overhead slam he pinned it down to the ground.

The Presence while possessed unimaginable power it was more of a manipulator that pulled the stings in the background rather than a fighter. It's swings were easy to dodge and they left the elder god open. The great one suddenly leapt toward Levis and almos crushed him. The hunter quickly dashed on his left dodging it and was now behind the moon presence. With a vertical slam he tore down it's tail. Now the Moon Presence was stunned by the intense pain. Levis was about to finish it when the creature in a fit of rage hit him. The strike was so strong that when it impacted broke most of the hunter's bones and sent him in the air.

'Shit!' were Levis's probaby last thoughts if it were't for Tiber. He saw that fiend almost killing his brother. In a desperate attempt he ran toward them as fast as he could then slammed the Burial Blade in the presence and staggered it.
"looks like I made it in time." Said Tiber as he helped his brother getting up
" Thanks. You saved my sorry ass."

Levis inject a blood vial in himself. The pain disappeared immediately like if he wasn't injured a moment ago. The cosmic being as a desperate attempt to kill them started to summon pale white orbs which arose from the ground. It was the perfect time for Artem to use the Call Beyond. He clutched his hands above his head. As he did it, shining white dots appeared around him and a few secons later they darted toward the great one, when they collided with it they exploded left even more injured the eldritch god. Levis put bone marrow ash again in his Evelyn and when the creature got up he shot it in the face. The Presence was on the ground again but this time it didn't have enough strenght to get up. Tiber walked toward his prey to finish it, he split the Burial Blade in two then put the collapsed shaft on his back and sheathed his blade. He stopped before the Moon presence. As it laid there motionless in pathetic state he dug his hand deep within the great one's face and with a wide smile ripped it's inside out. As the moon presence dropped dead, it immediately exploded and covered the dream's garden with it's cursed blood.

The maker of the dream was dead now so the dream started to fall apart. Suddenly everything went black.

When they awoke, they found themselves back in Yharnam in the cathedral ward. A few minutes later they saw the sun rise. And it could only mean one thing: The hunt was over. The brothers at first were happy, no words could describe the joy they felt. They didn't have to fight for their life anymore. They didn't have to kill the first thing that they met just to help achive something for a higher being. But the joy quickly faded away and the realization hit them that they dindn't know what to do. Since the rise of the bloodmoon all they did was hunting. Now they stood there without a purpose.

When they finaly pulled themselves together enough to get up, they were looking for survivors. Maybe they will find some. They actually found more survivors than they thought they will. As the sun arose people swarmed the streets, everyone were relieved because the hunt was over. A group of yharnamites gathered around that three. At first they thought the crowd were intended to harm them but they didn't had any weapons and they were rather cheerful so they didn't attacked either. The group then started to praise them as they went closer. The people thanked them that they killed those beast. Some even gave them small gifts or simply some money as their token of gratitude. It was true that yharnamites feared hunters as much as the beasts they hunted but they admired them too. In those dark times they were the only ones who were willing to protec them after all.

As they walked around in the city they noticed that someone was following them.

"Show yourself! We know you are here!" Said artem as he looked toward the direction where the said someone were hiding.
" Well. I knew it was only a matter of time till you find me." Said the suspicious man with a cocky grin as he got closer to them. He wore the black hat of the church hunters and the robe of the tomb prospectors. He looked like a hunter but didn't held any weapon. Tiber drawed the burial blade in it's sword form and pointed it to his neck.
" To tell you the truth I don't trust you in the slightest, so state your business quickly! Otherwise you lose your head. " Threatened him Tiber. The hunter take a step back shocked but he soon regained his confidence.
" I assure you that I mean no harm to you. But first thing first let me introduce myself: I'm Karl Waylon, hunter of the church." He offered to shake hands but they refused. His grin slowly started to disappear when Tiber spoke again.
" We don't have good relationship with the church. So why someone like you looking for us? You can simply lure us in a trap."
If it were up to Karl he would attacked them in the first glance. But his superior said they can be put to a good use. So Karl went after them to bring them before her.
" My boss have a task for you. I'm here to lead you to her." They were silent for a while as they thought about it. On the one hand it could be a trap. But on the other hand they could have a purpose again. As much they despised the church, in the end they went with Karl.

They stopped before a tavern. The three brothers assumed that they will meet here with this probably high ranked member of the church. When they went in, they saw that there were only few people. Most likely due to the many dead after the hunt. They then went to the taverner. He said that a woman is indeed waiting for them in the upper floor. When they got befor the room where she was waiting for them Karl said them to stop here. He then went in.

" You know I have a very bad feeling about this " Stated Tiber to his brothers.
" Well, if shit hits the fan we still can fight back. " Responded Levis in a careless attitude.
" I'm think we are safe. I mean if the church wanted to kill us they would simply send hunters after us. " Reasoned with his brothers Artem. Suddenly they saw the door open.

When they steppend in the poorly lit room they saw a woman sitting behind a desk. She was a member of the choir it's for sure. They could tell it because of the strange blindfold cap they wore. They couldn't clearly see her face. The only thing they could see was her long fair har.
" You must be the Sanguhem brothers. I heard many thing's about you. I hope you can help me in a very unusual case. I almost forgotten. My name is Eva. Nice to meet you. " She said in a friendly tone. Her voice was soothing and soft. This realy surprised the three. She was nothing sort of intimidtating. She could be like any other normal people if it werent for her attire. It made them feel unconfortable. If they didn't know better they would easily fall for her trick. But it wasn't the case. They knew she had ulterior motives. After all it was proven countless times that the churc shouldn't be trusted. They didn't liked the idea of working for the church in the slightest. But they don't have to to accept the task if they don't wanted to so he at least they heard her out. Artem was the first to speak. The discomfort could clearly heard in his voice
" To get to the point. Why do you need us? "
" Well two months ago people saw that in a distant kingdom Yharnam hunters. I want you to go there and find them and eliminate or interrogate them if it's possible."
" You know on the first hearing it's sounds like a mere rumor. What
could they want there? Besides, blooddrunk hunters prefer to attack stronger foes, And the strongest ones are here in Yharnam and Loran." Said Artem scepticaly.
" At first I thought the same. But a week ago our spies are said that many eyewitness saw suspicious strangers with weapons they never seen before." Artem still wasn't convinced but he started to take it more seriously.
" What if they weren't hunters just some foreigner warriors with their strange weaponry? " He asked.
" No. I'm certain that they were hunters from Yharnam. One of our spie pictured them as this: They wore dark colored trench coats reinforced with metal and leather pieces and belts. All of them covered their faces either with helmets, hoods or hats. And all of them wielded weapons that have two different forms. For example one of them had an axe which handle could be extended. "

Now Artem was sure that they were indeed hunters. He would lie if he said that what he heard wasn't piqed his interest. He looked at Tiber and Levis and asked them: " So... What do you think guys? Should we accept the task? " Both of them said yes.
" Splendid! But first, you need to sign a contract. "
Said their new employer. After they signed it they learned more about the lands they going to go. Their first stop will be the Southern islands. It's a small island chain found near the kingdoms of Nohr and Hoshido. The climate there is tropical all year round so it's a rather popular place amongst tourists and travellers. Eva moreover told them that they will met with an agent of the church there. This agent will tell more about the situation there. To get to the islands first they need to go to the city of Avan. They knew the place very well. The city was known for having the biggest harbour in the world. If someone want to travel somewhere by ship Avan is the right place to go.

After three hours of walking since they left Yharnam they ended up in a forest. As they went down the road to avan a small group of bandits stood in their way. It was clear that they didn't met with hunters before. Otherwise they would run as far as they can if they see one. They approached the three with a wide smile. Based on what they saw, they thougt the Sanguhem brothers were some kind of sellswords. Many hunters prefer to wear gears that light but keep them in one piece if they got hit. Because of that they thought that the Sanguhem brothers were poorly equiped. Hoping for an easy prey they were about to ambush the three. Their leader started the usual monolouge bandits tend to say to their victims. Unfortunately for him Levis wasn't the patient one and with a loud bang he shot The leader in the head. The poor bastard hit the ground with half of his head missing. Every stare was now on Levis as an invisible but sinister aura radiated from him.

" I guess you don't know who you want to fuck with." He said in a mocking tone. Then dashed to another oner faster than a blink of an eye. Tiber and Artem left Levis to deal with the brigands continuing their way to Avan. Chaos broke out as Levis leapt in the middle of the group teared to sheds those who got in his way one by one. He impaled one with the bloodletter making it transform. He then brought it overhead and slammed into the gound causing frenzy to everyone around him. Immediately spikes made from blood bursted out of his unlucky opponents which ended up laying on the ground. Most of them were already dead. It didn't took five minutes for Levis to finish the remaining. When he finished corpses were everywhere. Their blood painted everything in red including his attire. He then quickly caught up with his brothers.

A few hours later they stopped at a small river. Levis washed his clothes and Artem made a campfire while Tiber were fishing. Suddenly Tiber noticed that something was there in the water. He thought it was a fish. Without hesitation he threw a throwing knife there. He was right, it was a fish, a big one, at least 7 kg. Artem cooked it's meat. After they ate the fish Tiber asked Levis and Artem about what to do now.

" To be honest I don't konw. Maybe i will settle in Loran and run my own workshop." To Artem's answer Tiber and Levis raised an eyebrow.
" Something like gehrman's workshop?" Asked Tiber.
" No. More like your regular workshops. And you?" Now arem asked his brother about his future plans. For a few moments Tiber was silent but then he spoke.
" You know, we killed the moon presence thus ended the hunt. But I'm sure that either the church or the vilebloods will fuck things up again and probably mess with an even more powerful great one. I'm about to return to yharnam and make sure that the hunt will never happen again." What Tiber said make them wonder. What they learned in Yharnam is that nearly everyone is batshit insane and if something can go wrong it will. ' What if those lunatics do it again? ' Thought Levis. But he drove away this thoughs quickly then said:
" The church is in ruins. They don't have as much authority as they think by a long shot. I harldy believe they are capable of pulling out something like this."
" And we killed the queen so the vilebloods shouldn't be a threat. Only a matter of time till yharnamites stop using blood." Stated Artem but Tiber wasn't convinced at all." I say it's better to be safe than sorry." He was always paranoid they know it very well. After a long silence he spoken: " We should go now. " They got up and started to going toward the nearest town.

They were walking for two days when they ended up in Avan. The entire city was a harbor, an enormous one to say the least. After hours of aimless roaming they finaly found the right ship. When they were on board The ship was ready to set sail for the Southern islands.

And so here is the first chapter of my first story I ever wrote. It's far from good but on the bright side i had fun writing it. All suggestion is welcome. Although I highly doubt that I will improve in the future. I try my hardest regardless.
