She stared long and hard at the skinny unhealthy looking figure in the mirror. It took awhile for her to figure out that the person who's clearly underweight, With huge dark black circles her eyes. Was in fact her. She's gotten worst since the last time she looked at the mirror. But that's to be expected it has been a weak already... Or was it too? Well it's not like it matters there's only one person who she sees anymore and that person couldn't careless how she looked.
She reaches out with bony shaking fingers to touch the cold glass. Her hand makes contact barely, And already the solidness of it is enough to make her flinch and pull her hand away. So it wasn't a dream then. None of it was... Ha well she already knew that as much as she didn't want to believe it. It's fitting really.. losing the only person who has ever matter to her. When she died, Well she wasn't the only one who died that day. It's just like her to leave her all alone in this cold dark world.
Though there have been many people who say they care about her, She can only truly believe that she alone cared about her. They weren't always as close as she would have liked but when they were around each other they were able to relax and be themselves and enjoy whatever it was they were doing at the time. No one. No one was able to bother them or break the smiles which they wear. People who show them together would smile at the fun they would have.
They were sisters. Best friends.. Though she can admit to not being the best sister at times, She made things difficult for her sister at times. She was selfish and demanded more time together, Which wasn't always received well. If she could go back in time, She would have demanded even more time. Because the time they spent together was not enough, Nowhere near enough for her... The hole in her chest is to big, She's not sure if they spent every single second in their lives together if it would have been enough to fill it.
Someone else walks into the small bathroom. It's her roommate. She looks healthy but stressed. Probably about her. She's been giving her roommate a lot of shit recently, But somehow her roommate takes it all and keeps coming back to help her. Now there's two girls in the small bathroom. One who's sister is still alive and the other who's is dead. One who wears white and the other who wears red. One who still has life in her eyes and the other who doesn't One named Ruby and other named Weiss.
"It's time to go, You've been staring at yourself in the mirror for over a hour now."
"I didn't get to even say goodbye."
"I know..."
"Why did she leave me?"
"I don't know."
"WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW!"
"That I'm here for you."
"..."
"..."
"Why?"
"Because I care about you."
"Why?"
"Because I love you."
"..."
"It's okay if you don't believe me, I've got all the time in the world to make you."
"Your be waiting a long time."
"That's fine. I knew that already."
"..."
"Come on we need to get some food in you."
"I'm not hungry."
"That's what you always say."
As the two woman leave the bathroom the mirror only reflects one persons back.
"Mirror, Mirror tell me something.. who's the loneliest of them all?" Someone asked the Mirror or was it the person in it. The opposite answers. "You."
"That's what I thought."
