Hey Ladies and Gentlemen…So If you are one of the over 2000 people who read "Hybrid X" Then…Sorry no one has sent me ANYTHING So I'm just gonna go right to what I always really wanted to do...Now let's begin
Chapter 1
He sat at his bed looking up to glance at the clock to his right occasionally then back down at the laptop
A word page filled the screen with half of his Science homework
"I won't get finished will if?" he said to himself before he heard the voice of his mother downstairs
"Alex it's time for school"
He muttered a swear under his breath before grabbing his backpack and sprinting out the door and down the stairs
As he grabbed for the Jacket his mother spoke up again
"Lunch is on the table dear"
He quickly rushed into the Kitchen grabbing the Small doggie bag on the Kitchen Table and rushing over to grab his Jacket and running out of the door rushing over to the nearby bus stop
Later
As he entered the bus he walked past the Seats filled with other students and sat down at the Back next to two other kids a girl his age with Bright red hair and a boy who could be easily mistaken for a Primary school student reading a fairly large book
"So what are you guys gonna be doing later?" Alex said
"Well I and Alisha are going to the movies later" said the girl with a slight Australian accent
"Let me guess Lara, another superhero movie?" Complained the boy with a Heavy British accent
The girl Lara said playfully "Shut up Henry"
"…What about you Henry what are you going to be doing?" asked Lara
"Nothing, Father is going on yet another business trip again" admitted Henry
"…And you?" said Lara turning her attention back to Alex
"Home I got nothing to do either" he said
The three kids stayed silent for the rest of the small trip to their school
Later at Science class
Alex sat down at his table only for a spitball to hit him in his neck delivering quick slight pain
As he turned around he saw a boy his age snickering with a straw in his hand
"Fucking Nate" he muttered to himself
As he turned his attention away from Nate he saw the door opening revealing a balding man in his late 30s with a Lab coat
The man stepped over to the desk In front of the large Blackboard and looked to the group of Teenagers in front of him with disgust
"I'm afraid you're Teacher Miss Williams has fallen ill and cannot teach for the rest of the school year I shall be your substitute for the time My name is Mister Lawton" he spoke before turning around to the blackboard picking up a stick of chalk
After science class
As the bell rang and the teacher sat down at his desk and told the children to leave their homework on his desk Alex quickly began thinking of a plan
As everyone took out their backpacks pulling out pages of paper from them Alex scratched the back of his head before coming up with a simple plan
As the small crowd walked over to the desk placing their homework in front of the Teacher Alex stood at the back of the group and as he began thinking he was going to make it out of there he heard Mister Lawton speak up
"Mr. Jensen"
Alex cringed as the Teacher said his name and stopped in his tracks
"… Yeah?" he said
"You're on the must watch list And I noticed you just sitting at your desk … Doing nothing So may I get an explanation of why and where your homework is?" Lawton said unemotionally
"You see …I'm still working on it" he slowly spoke up
"... If you have it by Tomorrow the most you shall expect will be a B- If you do not have it Tomorrow You can expect an F" he calmly explained
"Alright Teach' I got you… you're the boss" Alex said slowly stepping back out of the door
Later at the Cafeteria
Alex saw Lara and Henry sitting at their normal table and walked over to them
They both muttered their short hellos to Alex as he sat down before taking another bite of their food
"So you guys saw the new Sonic Boom episode?" Asked Alex
Lara quickly swallowed her bite before replying "Yeah it was nice"
"… We really have nothing to talk about today to We?" Asked Alex
"Engineering" stated Henry before taking another bite
"Basically no" said Lara before chuckling lightly
Alex chuckled with Lara before turning his attention to Henry "Sure what have you been up to?" he asked
Later
The bell rang out and a flood of kids came out of the door including the three
"Going to be nice to just have a relaxing weekend right?" Said Alex
"Yeah Paramore canceled their tour and all the teachers have been giving out so much homework I've had no free time" Answered Lara letting out a sigh
"I sure hope next week is going to be better" Spoke Henry as they all got onto the bus
Later at the bus stop
The bus was almost fully empty the last handful of students were getting off Bus including Alex
For a while a small group of three students who lived in the Area were going the same way as Alex before they too deviated from his path soon Alex was all alone on the way home
As he pasted a patch of forest Alex looked up in the November sky as the sunset fell upon the town
Before he was about to look away he noticed a weird glimmer in the sky for a moment although there was nothing there
As Alex began to think what he saw was he noticed more of the same glimmer but this time it seemed closer
Before he could even look away one last glimmer faded away to reveal small sphere like object falling towards the forest and before Alex could react the object slammed into the forest near Alex sending him onto his back
Alex groaned as he pushed himself back up and looked over to the forest
"What the hell was that? It sure as fuck didn't look like an asteroid"
He rubbed the back of his head and looked around It seemed like he was the only one on the entire street who noticed whatever it was hit
"… I'm going to hate myself for this" he said walking into the forest
A small time later
As Alex walked through the forest he noticed he almost couldn't see anything but the Trees to either side
He began to think it may have been a bad idea to go into the forest But as he was thinking about heading back He saw the sphere in a large hole
It seemed to be mechanical as there were sparks coming out from it
As Alex slowly approached the sphere it a small hatch in the sphere opened up
Many thoughts ran through Alex's head What was in it? Who sent it? All till he looked into the hatch and saw
"… A watch?"
He reached into the hatch picking up the silver watch
It seemed normal nothing weird with it at all
A Simple earth watch
Alex looked at the watch for a bit more it seemed to be his size
"… This is such a bad idea" he said to himself as he put it on He was right the watch was oddly enough his size
Just as he was about to take off the watch a sudden large flash blinded him for a moment and when he regained his sight his watch was replaced with a slick futuristic looking Red and black bracelet with a small screen on it
Alex gave the Bracelet a look of confusion before he decided to take it off before anything else happened and leave it for the police to find
As he was about to take it off A female voice came from the bracelet
"Morpher host encountered Beginning transformation"
In a panicked state Alex began to pull the bracelet as hard as he could But it seemed like it just wouldn't come off
And a white flash engulfed his body
End of Chapter 1
Yeah cliffhangers don't cha hate em?
Don't worry I won't rely on these too much…Well I hope
Anyways don't expect another chapter REALLY soon
And I know this isn't top notch but hey I never really was…Well…Top notch but it may get better
…And a couple people did this last time so I'll quickly just tell you all off
Don't post stuff like "Can my character be in the story?…It's not going to happen…
Anyways criticize as much as you can I won't be able to know precisely what I'm doing wrong with the story
And don't worry details of Hybrid X are going to seep through the story like water going through holes in a plastic cup So that story won't be lost
