Before the beginning...
The stars twinkled beneath the sky. A single man sat there, his eyes closed and his lips upturned in a smile. Beside him was a sword, with a single jewel in the center of the hilt. It sparkled many colors, and had a strange tint to it. The sword was imbued with all seven elements, occasionally bursting into flames then putting it out, or sparking with electricity. He rose, and put the sword in its sheath. He raised his eyes to the sky, and sent out a silent message: Assemble.
Moments later, a group of people were sitting around a gentle campfire. One of them spoke. "What is it you've called us for, father?" Her gentle eyes were large and curious. A young, beautiful queen stole a glance at her husband. "We are here to talk about a change in our lifestyle."
A short, thin girl in knight armor rose, uncertainty clear in her actions. "What? But it just fine no-"
Her brother stopped her. "White, yes, it's fine, but Amber has come up with a wonderful change in life. Listen, and maybe you will like it." She shut her mouth and sat down, clearly embarrassed.
A girl with a fierce yet excited look in her eye stood, and shuffled some papers she had. "Thank you, Grand. Yes, I have had an idea. You see, we all have our normal, well, more crazy, but normal human lives, right? Well, I have this idea.. What if every one of us had a certain animal to lead? For example, if I had Blood Eagles, and then Hawk had hawks, and Echo had dragon's and so on! Cool right?" Everyone looked uncertain.
Finally, Echo spoke up. "I guess it's pretty cool. But shouldn't everyone agree?"
The speaker face-palmed, and the queen commented, "Amber, if you keep facepalming at everything you don't like thar we say, you'll get a headache."
Amber rolled her eyes and muttered, "Not necessary." She cleared her throat. "Alright then, who votes yes?" Many hands went up. "Who votes no?" The tail of a dragon came up, and White could be heard whispering to it. The tail went down.
"Good. Now, Grand, can you do the honors?" Amber asked. The king from before nodded, and waved his hand. Suddenly, everyone vanished. The place where they were sitting turned into a beautiful white room, with several different doors on the sides of the rotunda.
The outside was partly rocky with many caves. The residents there were Amber, Leader of the Blood Eagles, Moon, Queen of the Wyverns, and Hawk, Leader of the Phoenixes.
Another was a rainy, leafy forest which parted into a jungle. It was inhabited by Grand, the king of Tigers,Leopardess, Leader of Leopards, Jay, Master of the Wolves, and Cherry, Duchess of the Deers.
In the ocean, several thousands of turtles swam freely. This is the home of Doom, the Duke of the Turtles.
There was a small wood near by, and the dragons that lived there were led by Queen Echo of the Dragons. She called her territory the kingdom of Tyra.
The plains between had fields of rolling grass fields. The burning sand blazed down upon the base of Jaygal, the Leader of the Horses.
Last was a wanderer, Flash, who was the one who brought the foreign stuff from far away lands. Together, all the groups lived peacefully, meeting weekly to trade and see each other's goods, until one day...
Hey, authors note here. So, um, this actually is based on a really, really cool roleplay. I just felt the sudden need to write it down, turn it into an epic story! Erm... I may have tweaked it a bit, but for the better. Well, Hawk out, I hope you enjoyed! R & R, please, thanks! :3 Bye!
