Hey everyone! So I haven't posted on this account in ages but I have a bunch of these stories sitting on my computer and I thought I might as well post some of them.

How do I make the phone ring why do I even care?

You had been staring at your phone for over an hour before finally throwing it across the bed. You had been hoping Natasha would text you to meet up after your dance, but alas it seemed you may have been reading things the wrong way. Finally you decided you couldn't spend your whole day sulking. You opened the door to your room to find Natasha standing there, about to knock. "Nat?" You curiously glanced at the spy. "What are you doing here?"

"I was wondering if we could talk?" Natasha asked. "Over coffee?"

You bit your lip. "Of course. Let me grab my jacket."

Natasha waited as you grabbed your purse and put on a leather jacket before you left the tower. You ended up going to a coffee shop a few blocks away. The entire walk over had been silent, and a part of you wondered what Natasha wanted to talk about. Both of you were relieved to find the coffee shop relatively empty on a Tuesday evening. After you ordered your coffee, Natasha led you to a more secluded corner where it would be less likely for you to be bothered.

You were the first to break the silence. "So what did you want to talk about?"

Cuz every time I'm with you I go in a zone. And i remember all the places you wanna go. Take me all the way.

Natasha remained quiet for a moment, staring at her coffee. You wondered if she came to tell you bad news when she looked at you. "I'm sorry for not asking you out sooner. I just didn't want to rush this."

"It's fine," You lied, not wanting to seem needy.

Natasha arched an eyebrow at your dismissal. "You can tell me it's not fine, you know."

You cast a nervous glance at her before sighing, "I guess I was worried you had second thoughts." Regretting that revelation, you looked away as you felt Natasha's eyes on you.

"Hey," Natasha chided gently, her fingers intertwining with yours. You looked up and saw she was smiling at you. "I've had no second thoughts. I thought taking things slow would be easier."

Cuz every time I see you I don't wanna behave. I'm tired of being patient so pick up the pace. Take me all the way

"But I've quickly realized that I can't stay away from you," Natasha admitted. You felt yourself blush at that confession. Even though you had been growing closer to the former spy, you still were not used to seeing her this vulnerable.

You took a deep breath and contemplated what you wanted to say. "You don't have to stay away from me. I'd actually prefer if you did the complete opposite."

Natasha laughed and you couldn't help but smile at the sound of her laughter. "You might regret that."

"So…" You trailed off, looking at Natasha with hopeful eyes. "Does this mean we're dating?"

Natasha gently placed a hand on your cheek before sweetly kissing you on the lips. She pulled away and both of you were smiling. "Does that answer your question?"
