A world, shattered by the war of Dragons, Tritons, and Giants - the Three Titans. The First World was torn apart, in part by these three armies and in part by the foolishness of Men. It had split off into pieces, some large enough to be their own planets, some remaining as only islands floating in air.
Only a great Tree remained, commanded by a great voice to return life to the worlds. A song was sung, reviving the worlds' residents.
And now, the worlds were split apart by a great magic. The invisible roots of Bartleby tied the worlds together, so that travel between them world be possible.
Years later, the magic of the Dragons, Tritons, and Giants was taught to Men.
And now, today, we hope to keep ourselves from destroying this Spiral of worlds again by such magic.
