Chapter 1

A/N: I don't know what inspired me to write this fic, so bear with me.

Down at the Burrow, Harry, Ron and Ginny were stuck on ideas. Basically they were bored! Then Fred came out "Oh no!" Ginny said, sighing. "What at least I'm not bored!" Fred was dressed as Snape, but he had a giant fruit hat on his head at the same time! His Mom came in "That's it I'm throwing away the fruit hat, its caused nothing but trouble ever since your father bought it in Egypt,"

"That was one great holiday, there were things to do!" Ron said sarcastically

"I'm sure we'll find something to do, anyway Hermione should be here soon,"

As soon as Ginny had even mentioned Hermione, Ron's face had a great big grin on it!

"Hermione's coming," Ron said trying to hide his grin

"Ah, I forgot to tell him," Fred said looking quite scared, but at the same time dressed up as Snape!

"You forgot to tell him, well, Ron, Hermione's coming to stay for the rest of the summer," a split second after a swift of cold air came in the room followed by a shout.

"Kids, Hermione's here!"

Ron ran as fast as he could to the door. Once Hermione had seen him she ran up to him and gave him a great big hug!

"I haven't seen you in ages!" Hermione said. Harry and Ginny just stared at each other and shuddered.

"Well," Ron's Mum said impatiently "I think it's a bit late now up to bed everyone,"

"Can't I wait until Dad and George get back from the station!" Fred said basically begging!

"No bed now!" his Mum said doing the staring thing!

"Hermione your in Ron's bedroom, Harry your in Ginny's as usual," Harry went up to his room got changed, so did every one else.

"Night," Harry said to Ginny and kissed her.

"Night," she replied.

Suddenly the door opened

"You two lovebirds better not talk all night!" it was Fred.

"Tell the other two that there the ones that haven't seen each other in 5 months!" Ginny said

"Good point!" Fred left and Harry turned the light out.

"Can you get to sleep?" Harry said

"No!" Ginny replied laughing!

All they could hear was Fred and Ron arguing.

"It's going to be a long summer!" Ginny said!
