Hi everyone, this is my first fanfic ever and in this fanfic, Ash will go through the each and every pokemon league once again. This fanfic is after alola league has been finished
Chapter 1: Decided

xxx March 1: 2019 12:00 P.M xxx
This is me, Ash Ketchum, just like every trainer out there in the world, my dream is to become a pokemon master and befriend the pokemon. In the past seven years, I explored various regions, be it Orange Islands, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, my home region Kanto or recent one Alola. I met various new rivals, participants, travelling companions, champions, gym leaders. Done countless of pokemon battles, challenged fifty-two gyms, seven frontier brains of Kanto and Hoenn regions combined, enter the league and lost each and every one of them. Still, I haven't won any of the conferences, and the only exception was Orange league trophy and battle frontier.
This time I participated in Alola league, first Alola regional conference introduced and created by Professor Kukui. I completed all the trials and earned z-crystals.Z-crystals are exclusive to alola region, just like badges you have to earn them. This crystal gives you tremendous power when a trainer and pokemon are in synchronisation by performing dance moves. This time I lost to another rival of mine with the top eight positions in the league. One rival was Gladion, Lily's brother and Lusamin's son, the founder of Arther foundation which research on Ultrabeasts and another was Kiawe. I somehow managed to defeat Kiawe and his fire type pokemon but Gladion's pokemon are far stronger than mine.
I should have used my old pokemon this time, Charizard, infernape, sceptile, Snorlax. Man, how can I be so foolish to not to bring my old pokemon, forty of them? They trained so hard in the past and I just made them slack in the ranch. Didn't bothered to ask the professor to send them in alola. The same mistake I did four times in the previous leagues too. I relied solely on the pokemon that I caught in a particular region, only bothered to switch some of them in Sinnoh region that helps me in reaching to top four.
Even I should have trained them even better. But no, I only take Pikachu to a new region. In the Kalos region, I did great, reached in top 2 because my pokemon were trained and evolved. Talonflame, Goodra, Noivern, Greninja, Hawlucha.
So I decided, I will return back to Kanto and rectify all the mistakes of the past and one of them is not to pay attention to all of my pokemon, they deserve their spotlight to shine, they deserve their recognition of being more experienced pokemon. It's been a full week passed when I returned back from my adventures in alola region. From pokemon school in alola, I received the graduation certificate too.
"Pika pi pika, " said Pikachu as It brings me back from my thoughts
"Ash where were you mentally, thinking about something," said Misty
"Just thinking about my loss at the first ever Alola regional conference," said Ash
"Ash, how many times we told you that don't take the losses seriously," said Brock
"Well Brock this doesn't happen to me first time, I repeated the same mistake over an over again, " said Ash
"First in the indigo conference," said Ash
"Yeah, It's just because your Charizard didn't listen to you, and your other pokemon were tired because of team rocket," said Misty
"But in Orange Islands, you won the title and defeated Drake and in Johto you did great, you reached top 8," said Brock
"Yeah, by loosing to Harrison and his Blaziken and it happened just because I didn't do research on my opponent," said Ash
"Fine, but in Sinnoh, you reached in top four and defeated Tobias's two legendary pokemon," said Brock
"Brock I could have defeated him only if I have planned in advance with proper research on his team," said Ash
"Ok then tell me about Unova, lost to a new starter pokemon snivy, just because Pikachu's electric attack didn't work due to zekrom and I could have defeated snivy in one hit of the iron tail," said Ash
"And then in the league, I lost to a newly evolved riolu but Pikachu and I defeated Korrina's mega evolved Lucario in Kalos region," said Ash with disappointment look
"Ash I have seen your growth as a trainer, maybe you have lost in Alola region but you have done so many things as a trainer than anyone could have even think about it, regional villains, legendary pokemon, travelling, saving the world and befriended the legendaries," said Misty
"Ash Indigo league is going to begin soon in next nine months, we thought you should know about it," said Misty
"Indigo league, " said Ash as he turned towards them.
"Misty and Brock, this time I will earn all the badges fair and square, and then all other leagues too," said Ash clenching his fist.
"Hey guys what you think, should I capture more pokemon of different types which I don't have" asked Ash
"Ash if you are going to redo all the leagues then I suggest you first train your current one and then catch a new one," said Brock
"You are right, I will catch them later on during my journey, first of all, I have to work with my current teams," said Ash
"So Ash you have experienced and versatile team of pokemon and you can win this time," said Brock
"Okay guys I think I have to go, I have to ask the professor about the league," said Ash to which they nodded
"Pikachu let's go," said Ash as Pikachu jumped on Ash's shoulder saying, Misty and Brock, a goodbye.
"Bye Ash, we will meet you after nine months," said Misty and Brock
xxx Time Skip: 4 hours xxx
xxx 16:00 P.M xxx
Ash is currently sitting in front of the professor and torracat circling around Ash's and professor's legs.Rowlet and meltan sleeping together on the table. Professor then places torracat on his lap stroking his fur making him purr in joy.
"So Ash, how was your meeting with Misty and Brock," said professor taking a sip of the tea
"Well, It was good. Professor, you have seen me performing in the various leagues, and every time I entered the league I lose it, and I know the flaws, I didn't train them" said Ash at which torracat protested after which professor made him calm down
"Torracat it's a true buddy, I didn't train you properly, not any one of my pokemon, Charizard was strong because of his own training method at the charicific valley," said Ash at which torracat leapt out of professor's lap and licked Ash
"Professor every time I qualified for the league, I forget to recall my pokemon, muk, totodile and other pokemon too, the only Pikachu was common through all-region," said Ash
"I get it, Ash, you want to train them," said Professor
"Properly," he added
"Professor I want to know whether I specialize in a particular type or a diverse pokemon trainer," said Ash
"Hmm Ash, It is your choice. When you look at the pokemon champion, they have a team of either of the particular type or have diverse teams too" said professor
"Ash, from your pokemon capture count I can say that you lack in psychic, steel and fairy types and you owned a good amount of pokemon considering some of them falls in two types. So let's have a look at the count of pokemon you caught," said professor as he took Ash towards the pc with torracat following them and then he opened the data of Ash
"Ash look you have caught nine water types and Ash these include the ones that are with others or in the wild. So going forward you have two ice types, seven fire types,seven grass types, three bug types,six fighting types ,seven normal types and two normal type if exclude flying types,single ghost type which is with Sabrina,two dark types,six ground types,two rock types,one electric type ,three dragon type, twelve flying type,single steel type and three poison types." said the professor
"So Ash you need to have at least six pokemon of a particular type, it can be a dual type or single pokemon of that type it doesn't matter," said Professor
"professor I will add new team members later on, by adding new team members that quickly I don't want to repeat the same mistake again, " said Ash to which he nodded
"Ash Kanto league is coming up once again, in next nine months so you have plenty of time to train. I can help you with that, I have TM and HM machines which are basically video tutorials on moves to execute, you can improve move sets of your pokemon and train them to fullest then you can go and win next regional league," said Professor
"Registration will begin after nine months for the quest to collect all badges once again and enter into the league," said professor
"And your mom and I can finally give you the authority to use your prize money," said professor to which he nodded
"Now Ash from tomorrow onwards I can help you in training your pokemon," said Professor
"Yes, sure," said Ash
" And I can make some calls to Clemont, Liza and Ranger Mason," thought professor
xxx March 2: 2019 xxx
xx 9:00 AM xx
"Ok everyone, we are going to begin our training starting from today itself, we all know that you guys are strong enough and have very much experience but we all need to be strong for the upcoming indigo league in next few months," said Ash making them cheer in happiness
"Now everyone I want to say that I will give personal training to two pokemon every day and others will teach each other some moves. Okay?" asked Ash to which they nodded
"So I will allow training methods to you. And you have to follow same training regiment every day," said Ash
"Now if a pokemon already knows some moves and others don't, then that pokemon will teach them those moves," said Ash to which they nodded
"And if you guys feel that I am getting harsh on you or training is putting too much pressure on your mind and body please let me know, we will take off from training for that day or time," said Ash at which they cheer.
"For now you guys can do whatever you want till the time I decide what to teach you guys," said Ash to which all of his pokemon nodded
Ash took a notepad and pen and started to note down what and how training should be carried out. Pikachu also decided to help him. Rowlet, on the other hand, started to take another set of a nap.
"Hmm let's see, Pikachu starting with you I want to say that you know only four moves apart from electric type attacks among which one is steel type and that is iron tail and others being normal type," said Ash to which Pikachu nodded
"Now you have amazing speed and attack power, all you lack is the defence which we feel we need most when dealing with heavyweight pokemon which do great damage, " said Ash at which Pikachu give the gesture of understanding
"So next step is in training, we can improve our speed and attack more and learn some defensive moves. All you can learn is ground, psychic, steel, fighting and normal type moves apart from electric ones which are only moves useful for you and we can work on more electric type attacks" said Ash to which he nodded
"So Pikachu as we all know attacks falls in three categories and these are physical, special and status so let's see you have four special category attacks, one special attack of psychic type and others four being physical attacks of steel, normal and electric type," said Ash
"So we can teach you light screen and reflect, both attacks will help you save from special and physical attacks," said Ash at which he give a happy cha.
"And we can then teach you to dig which is a ground type move, then the fighting type moves you can learn is Submission, Seismic Toss, Reversal, Dynamic Punch, Detect, Rock Smash, Focus Punch, Brick Break, Counter and these are all physical attack except detecting which is a status attack, and we can try to learn focus blast too if possible as you can learn other fighting type move and focus blast is a special attack and hope you can learn bullet punch too. And in electric type, we can work on four electric status attacks and these are Thunder wave, charge, electric terrain, magnet rise. Magnet rise will help in earthquake and wild charge, thunder punch, nuzzle, spark which are physical attacks and Zap Cannon, Shock Wave, Discharge, Charge Beam, Volt Switch being special attacks. Finally, in normal types, we can teach some common moves to all of our friends including you are a double team, hidden power, protect, sleeptalk, substitute which will come in very handy in the battles. Then what we can teach you other normal type moves are swift, mega punch, flash, skull bash, bide can be powerful,encore, return, facade will help in status condition, secret power, feint attack will help us in hitting target with protect or detect and finally two moves are splishy splash, and zippy zap" finished Ash
"Pika pi pika," said Pikachu
"Yes, we have nine months and we will be strong," said Ash rubbing the head of the Pikachu
Inside the lab, professor oak is busy in contacting other people.
"Yeah, Ash will be happy to see him once again, hope his mother don't have any objections" asked professor
"No professor, her mother itself wants me to give him to Ash as he is the one that brought larvitar here a few years back. But now he is grown enough to leave it's home, " said ranger mason
"I am sending a Pokeball over there that belongs to Ash, so please catch him in this and send back," said professor
"Sure professor, little larvitar is here with me," said Mason as larvitar looked into the screen
"Hey larvitar, Ash would be happy to have you on his team," said professor at which larvitar happily said his name.
After a few minutes, larvitar is with the professor.
"I got him ranger mason, " said professor happily to which he nodded and then the call disconnected.
"Next is Liza," said professor to himself as he dialled Liza
"Hello," said Liza
"Hello Liza how are you," said professor
"Hello professor oak, I am fine. How are you and Ash," asked Liza
"We both are good, how Charizard is doing," asked the professor
"Well, he is doing good, in fact," said Liza but cut off by two little Charmander and a bagon
"Wow, two little Charmander and a bagon but what a bagon is doing in Johto, " said professor
"Yup these two Charmander are daughter and son of Ash's Charizard and Charla and speaking of bagon, Charizard found him hurt near charicific valley and from that time he is staying with us and grew closer to Charizard family and in fact he was training like Charizard, " said Liza
"He must be gotten powerful than," said Professor
"Yes, he is close to evolving into shellgon, as the shell formation started to appear around his limbs," said Liza
"So professor Ash needs Charizard right," said Liza
"Well yes, he is trying indigo league again, and I am calling all the people around the globe with whom he has left his pokemon," said professor
"Well, Charizard would be happy to reunite with Ash, but I have to inform you that Charizard got a lot stronger in past years," said Liza
"Well I know," said professor
"Professor let me ask him if he wants to return," said Liza
"Hey Charizard, professor oak is on call so can you come over here," asked Liza at which Charizard gives a loud roar which made professor close his ears.
After a while, Charizard is on the call.
"Hello Charizard, hope you are doing good" asked professor at which he nodded
"Listen up carefully, Ash is trying indigo league again and other leagues too pretty soon, so I am making call to all people around the world with whom Ash has left his pokemon to train or protect, so will you join him again" asked professor
At this Charizard thought a lot, he has two babies to take care off and a bagon, but he wants to make up for the loss that Ash had to face in the past, humiliation in front of the audience because of him, but he can't leave Charla and his daughter and son too. A hard decision to be made. Ash saved him from death, and if it was not for him he was dead.If It wasn't for Ash he wouldn't be a charizard he is right now,he wouldn't be the strongest charizard of charicific valley, he wouldn't be able to defeat the legendaries and he in turn wouldn't have been able to have known Charla, have his own babies or save bagon.
"Charizard it's okay if you want to go, Charla wouldn't mind if you are with Ash, plus Ash will let you come here anytime you want," said Liza at which he gives happy smile.
"Professor, he will be there soon, by today at 9 o'clock in the night," said Liza at which professor nodded. Bagon then started to cry. Charizard then came up with an idea
"Charizard char Charizard," said Charizard as he pointed at bagon
"You want Ash to train bagon too," asked Professor to which Charizard nodded and Charizard assured bagon that he will be in good hands, in his trainer's hands making bagon calm a little.
"Sure charizard, you can bring bagon along with you," said professor to which he nodded
"Ash would be lucky to have him again" said professor to himself." said professor to himself.
"And next is kalos region, lumios city gym," said professor
After waiting for sometime a little girl picked up the call.
"Hello this is Bonnie speaking from lumios city gym, how may I help you," asked the girl
" Hi there, this is professor oak speaking from pallet town Kanto, may I speak to Clemont," said Oak
"Yes why not, infact if you are from pallet town in kanto, do you know Ash" asked Bonnie
"Yes in fact this is regarding Ash only," said professor as this made Bonnie a little bit worried
"Did he jumped of a cliff to save his pokemon or " said Bonnie in panic mode
"Calm down Bonnie ,nothing happened like this, in fact " said professor as Clemont came in the view
"Hello professor oak, nice to see you " said Clemont
"Ah Clemont ! I want to say that I need a favour from you guys," said professor
"What kind of ," asked Clemont
"Well ,do Ash had a Goodra and Greninja," asked professor
"Well yes, he left them with their responsibilities to fulfill," said Bonnie
"If possible could you guys send them here, as you can see Ash is trying all the leagues once again and he need all his pokemon " said professor oak
"Ok professor, we will visit goodra's homeland and see if we can get greninja" said Clemont
"Thankyou so much," said Professor
"Well we would like to help Ash on any way we could, after all he is our friend, " said Bonnie and Clemont together
"See you later, " said professor after which call disconnected.
"Now let see, whom should I call," asked professor to himself
"Well professor Ivy , she will help me to get Lapras.I will call her later on " said professor
"Now I should take larvitar back to Ash," said Professor as he move out where Ash is currently planning to train his pokemon.
"Ash my boy I have a surprise for you," said professor
"Professor what kind of surprise," asked Ash
"Well I have a pokemon that you know from a very long time," said professor
"A pokemon that I know" said Ash to which he nodded
"Well all my pokemon are here and Charizard is at charicific valley, primeape and squirtle are back with the anthony and officer jenny,haunter is back at saffron city gym, I don't know about pidgeot and butterfree, solgaleo and piopole are back at their dimension, larvitar" said Ash as he realised
"Larvitar, is it larvitar professor," asked Ash at which professor is smiling
"Yes Ash, it is larvitar" said professor making Ash dance happily
"Here take this pokeball," said Professor as Ash pick that pokeball
"Everyone listen, I recently recieved a friend of mine, " said Ash getting attention of the pokemon.
"My Johto and Kanto team you guys must remembered him," asked Ash at which they gave their confused expression
"I understand, it's been a while we visited Mt silver and united him with his mother, said Ash making them smile. Now everyone, meet our old friend, Larvitar" said Ash releasing Larvitar
"Larvitar lar" said Larvitar as he came out of pokeball
"Lar larvitar lar" said Larvitar being confused by so many new pokemon around here as he hid behind the Ash
"Hey Larvitar, it's been a while we have seen each other," said Ash as he picked larvitar in his arms making Larvitar waving his hands up and down in joy of being with Ash again.
"Hope you are happy with me, " asked Ash at which he nodded
"Now after Johto region I travelled to Hoenn,Sinnoh,Kalos,Unova and Alola and caught multiple friends and they are your friends too, so you don't have to afraid of them," said Ash at which larvitar slightly nodded before looking at his new friends.
"Guys this is larvitar, and I want you to meet him and give him warm welcome," said Ash as he placed larvitar on the ground at which they nodded
Each pokemon greeted him with their own greeting methods.First one to greet is very energetic and excited tododile who made his way towards the little larvitar and took his hands and started to shake it,not like what a normal pokemon would do.Rather he jerked it up and down making him shaken from inside.But thanks to Bulbasaur, as he manged to stop the little blue crocodile and in return larvitar thanked the bulb pokemon and along with him both kanto and johto team greeted larvitar.All flying types greeted with their wings by making gesture of salute , torkol started to release the smoke in joy, Gible on other hand give larvitar a bite on his head which didn't go well as larvitar released a huge scream.
"Gible this is not a way to greet larvitar, he is new in our team" said Ash after which gible released larvitar's head
Then came Ash's other pokemon to greet the little larvitar, oshawott showed his scalchop, scraggy started to headbutt the larvitar.One by one his other pokemon greeted larvitar in their own way
"So larvitar did you like them," asked Ash to which he nodded in joy
"Larvitar Indigo league is coming up, and we will train and win that together,so what you say,will you help me " said Ash at which larvitar nodded happily
"We will begin our training shortly and till the time you all guys can play," said Ash to which they happily nodded
"Ash you wait here, I have to make calls to some of the regional professors of other regions," said professor to which he nodded and went inside
"Larvirtar let me check your moves," said Ash to which larvitar nodded as he pointed pokedex at larvitar
# Larvitar: This Larvitar knows following moves: Screech, hidden power, dig, bite, stone edge, dark pulse, stealth rock
"Wow larvitar did your mom taught you
stone edge, dark pulse, stealth rock" asked Ash to which he happily nodded
Somewhere near the route 1 in kanto a certain black fox is walking towards the pallet town
"Hope Ash would take me in his team," thought the pokemon

(A/N: Okay everyone this is my first fanfiction and hope you guys would like this one. Ash will redo his Indigo league quest with some new addition of pokemon in his team. About my update schedule, it is not fixed, it can take a month or more or less than a month which depends on how much free time I would have.
