Tasome's Mansion
Chapter One
Time of Death
The boy drifted into the night. The last couple nights had been dreadful. His lack of sleep caused him to rehearse his past over in his head.
"Come on Tasome, just ride down the cliff."
The voice echoed in his head. 'Maybe,' he thought to himself, 'If I'd been more careful, this would have never happened.'
The night went on, and the small boy of 15 drifted endlessly. If night went away, the boy would find himself not being able to see, making him unable to go on. So tonight he knew he had to find a place to stop, forever.
As he centered the woods, he could see a dark, green –almost Musty- coloured triangular shape above the tree tops. 'This must be it,' he thought. He picked up the pace and wandered into a path that seemed to lead to the odd thing.
Tombstones. 'Was this a courtyard, perhaps?' He blinked twice. 'No, the House is too big to be that.' He neared the mansion. Every time he took a step, it got bigger and bigger. All the windows except one, were pitch black. Would he want to knock on the door? He took a step on the porch stairs. A loud bang was emitted from the house, then a strange ghostly snicker. Out of the door sprang a young ----- Ghost!----- The boy fainted.
"Do it or I'll push you."
"But, It looks to dangerous."
"Does it look like we care? Heck' we've all done this. Now it's your turn."
"But, but."
And before he could say anything more, Tasome was blown by a breeze down the steep cliff. His heart missed a pump every time.
"Everything seems to be alright," he murmured to himself. That's when IT happened.
"Wake up," the female ghost slapped the boy awake.
"Huh?" he spat out, opening his eyes to find himself in a seemingly bright room.
"Where, where am I?"
"Umm, Castle Noir. ( The Haunted Version)" The ghost helped the boy up. "So what brings a ghost like you here?"
"Oh, you must be mistaken. I'm not." He paused.
That's when it happened. A rock flew in front of Tasome's board, causing him to yell, quite loudly, and fly straight into the air. Where his body had landed only one would know. Tasome's last site was a rather sharp rock sticking out of his stomach. Then he took one last wheeze of air and his body separated wit his soul.
"I mean, that is, I can't be dead." Tasome denied what he even knew was true.
"Oh, well, technically, your not really dead. Now you can walk through walls."
"What's your name?"
"I think I have the right to know yours first."
A/n: I think that is a good place to stop it. Frankly I just don't feel like typing anymore. Next time I'll try to leave a cliff hanger.
Thanks for reading.
