"This sucks stupid economy" America said lying on his couch.
His economy has gone not so good so now he was sick "now I know what being sick is like and the burger on my forehead didn't work crap. I should call Lithuania to see if he can help".
Alfred grabbed his phone and dialed Lithuania's number.
RING, RING
"Hello toris speaking?" "Hey dude *coughing* it's America" "sounds like someone's economy is not good" "yeah your right I was wondering can you came over and-"look after you? Sure after all you're my best friend I'll be there in a few" "ok bye"
After he hang up America called his cat "ACE! Come here for a sec". Ace ran into the room skidding on the rug and got on the couch and sat on America's stomach.
"Ok dude I need you to go in my bathroom and get my cold medicine?" America said getting up a bit.
Ace ran down the hall and went in to the bathroom and jumped on the sink. "Let's see cold medicine I think it had red on it- oh here it is" Ace said grabbing the medicine and running to his owner.
A few minutes later
America was fast asleep due to the medicine made him drowsy but he woke up when he heard his doorbell ring "the door is unlock" Alfred yelled. The door opened and he can hear footsteps
"Hey toris I'm glad you-"America stop his word's because it was not Lithuania it was England
"ARTHUR WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE! TORIS SAID HE WAS COMING HERE!" Alfred yelled and getting of his couch.
"Well toris called me and told his plane was canceled so he ask me to do it and I know how to take care of you" England said putting down a bag and some parts started to move "what's in there?" America asked.
Arthur opened the bag and said "nothing much recipes, medicine, blankets, and my cat captain".
Arthur grabbed his cat out of the bag and captain ran to a different room to find Ace "how do I know you're not lying and you just wanted to come and see me" Alfred asking crossing his arms
"I alright told you git. If you don't believe me I'll so you" England said pulling out his iPhone and hitting a button that said voice mail and it said "hello England? Its Lithuania America said he was sick so he asked me to look after him. But my plane got canceled so if it's no trouble cane you do it for me? Thank you *beep*
England put his phone back in his pocket and said "and since I had nothing to do this week I came here to look after you"
"Just tell me you won't put a scone on my forehead when you're here dude?" America said throwing a pillow at Arthur.
"Git I'm not doing that just because you putted that nasty stuff on my head when I was sick doesn't mean I will" England said.
"Fine dude" America said "just don't feed me you nasty food and medicine whale your hear"

Do you guys remember season 3 of hetalia England got sick due to his economy was not so good? Since the economy is not so good in America I wanted to make this.
