"Class class, settle down!"
Kaede sighed and wondered if this was a good idea. "Bring a Parent to School Day" was a tradition. Today Kaede was willing to suspend the need for tradition. Honestly, after Shippo showed off a fox pelt and young Miroku had proudly presented a picture of a black hole scanned from "Science Weekly" she wasn't sure how much more of this she could take.
Suppressing the urge to sigh, Kaede called on her next pupil, "Sesshoumaru, you're up next. Tell us about your parent."
Without a word Sesshoumaru stood up and marched straight out of the classroom. A strange hush fell over the classroom. Finally a squirming Kagome raised her hand.
"Miss Kaede, Miss Kaede, did Sesshy go to the bathroom? I got to go to the bathroom, so can I go, too?"
Before Kaede could answer, Sesshoumaru returned with a huge white dog following him.
"Sesshoumaru! What is the meaning of this!" Kaede was quickly loosing her temper. "You know pets aren't allowed in school!"
In a whirlwind of smoke the dog vanished and in it's place stood Sesshoumaru's father looking less than amused.
"Wow!" Kikyo's eyes went wide, "can your mom do that, too?"
"Of course." Sesshoumaru's face shown with pride. "Everyone in my family can."
Naraku, the class bully laughed in disdain, "Damn, Sesshoumaru. You really are a son of a bitch!"
