This is a poem that I wrote in Raven's POV. It's how she feels about Beast Boy and Terra. I also drew a pic for this as well. My Heart is Stone
They don't know,
But I saw them-
Together.
A tear trickled
Down my face
As I watched
Her laugh and smile
When he put his arm around her.
And to think,
I once thought he had feelings
For me alone.
Guess I was wrong.
A part of me died
That day.
My pain had turned into
A burning anger.
Never again would I believe
I was in love.
With that emotion gone,
Nothing would ever be
Broken again.
It's odd...
She stole the only one
I ever loved.
She caused me
Pain and torment.
Yet, I am grateful for all that.
Thanks to her
My heart is stone.
It won't be broken again.
My heart is stone.
I can feel it hardening.
Never again
Will I be fooled-
Never again
Will I love another-
For my heart is stone.
My plan is fool-proof.
Nothing can revert me
Back to my old ways.
Right?
But then,
Why do I miss him?
Why do I still love him?
My heart is stone...
Well, hope you all liked it. This was written before 'Betrayal' which I have decided is probably my new favorite episode. That is after 'Nevermore'. But 'Betrayal' was very close. Terra's colors were finally seen for what the really were: A hideous shade of gray that befouled the Teen Titans' view. Sorry that you had to read that. Actually, I'm not sorry. PLEASE REVIEW!
