When Hermione disaparated from her workplace and aparated into her home, she saw a brown spotted owl sitting on her window seal with a bit of parchment tied to the birds leg. Eager to read the letter, she leaves her coat and briefcase on the kitchen table and walks straight towards her window. Petting the owl's soft feathers upon her head, Hermione takes the note from her. She sees Rose's name printed on the outside of the parchment and she starts to open it, too excited to wait for her husband, Ron, to get home.

Dear Mum and Dad,

Hogwarts is wonderful! My favorite classes are transfiguration and muggle studies. I've made a lot of new friends in Gryffindor and a lot of them have heard stories about you and Uncle Harry. Though, my new best friend is in Hufflepuff. Her name is Minnie. Minnie Parkinson.

Holding the letter as close as possible to her nose, Hermione reads over the last name, Parkinson, several times to make sure she's reading it correctly. "Parkinson?" She asks herself out loud before even attempting to finish reading the letter. "It can't be Pansy Parkinson?" She tries to convince herself that Parkinson is common last name. That Pansy's possible daughter would have been put in Slytherin or that Pansy probably would have taken her husband's name and any child related to her wouldn't even be recognized through a name. But Hermione kept seeing that pug-faced grin in her head; thinking of the girl who never stopped torturing her in her years at school.

A/N: My apologies but this will not be continued… I just go the idea and wanted to post something but I've got nothing else for this now. =P
