Chapter 1- who do you believe?
Maddie's P.O.V
This has gone on too long, since the first greeting with Jenny Soph had her suspicions and I didn't believe her was that wrong? Maybe I should focus on work or at least try to before the Webster chaos begins again. The garage is quiet in the morning, Kevin is in the office on the phone too...well guess who? Out the corner of my eye I spot her heading for the shop this is the perfect opportunity to sort things out.
"Soph!" I try to get her attention and approach cautiously just in case she is still mad. "Save your breath Maddie, no one believes me about her not even you" she replies, this is gonna be a long day I can tell "did I actually say I didn't believe you?" "Well no but...I can tell" she really is thinking way too much into this "Babe your seriously paranoid, Jenny isn't your problem kev is a grown man he can take care of himself" my response isn't the best but it's the truth and that hurts sometimes. I think she'll snap back after my choice of words but instead she hugs me tightly i really hope she doesn't cry "Soph...I'm your girlfriend you can tell me anything as long as it's not first thing in the morning or has Jenny involved, just calm down a little with trying to prove she is using your dad".
"But she is he can't take off his rose tinted glasses and see her for what she really is, but I can and no one believes me they all think I'm lying trying to make a scene.." "Shh that's not true rita still has her doubt I'm coming to terms with it, trust me babe your not fighting a losing battle" I say kissing her forehead, before guiding her to number 13. "Mads?" "Yeah" I reply unlocking the door "we got company" what is she going on about I turn to see none other then Jenny Bradley approaching "alright girls" she beams awfully pleasant...
