I got the idea after rereading Batman: Aura of Fear. It's a fanfic where Gotham's Dark Knight has to go up against creepypasta characters like Jeff the Killer, Laughing Jack, Slender-Man, etc.. Check it out if you haven't already.

Let's say the teachers from Don't Hug Me I'm Scared were humans, of sorts, and villains in something like Batman...

...I wonder what would happen.

Okay, here's what I've concocted with my brain: Steak Guy gives out food with certain chemicals inside that, slowly but surely, turns the victims into bland, tasteless followers who will cling to any leader like figure. They essentially become the Yellow Guy with their minds so young and new and easy to corrupt, therefore, they don't really have a free will anymore, or morals for that matter, and will do or buy anything that their master says is "healthy".

The Sketchbook, or Paige as I like to call her, and Shrignold, the Love Bug, could gather these victims and use them for their own purposes. Paige could teach them her own twisted idea of creativity and Shrignold could teach them all love and manipulate them into joining his cult of love.

But then again, Paige could add chemicals in the creativity materials like markers, crayons, etc., so when they come into contact with them, instead of coloring on a table they're cutting marks into a corpse... and painted his teeth in rainbow colors.

Colin, the computer, was a little too easy and it's not even an original idea by me: he gives people a chance to explore a "digital world" when they're actually transferring personal information to his brain. Yeah, I know that's Batman: Forever but that fits so well with him.

I'll be honest, I haven't put a lot of thought into the Lamp or Tony the Clock. At most, all I could think of for Tony was that he makes other living things get older so that he may remain at his age, in other words, trying to become immortal and the Lamp is some kind of manipulation to change, mold, and twist everyone's aspirations.

Just an idea that came to my mind. Now, I'm not going to write this into a story unless I put enough thought into it and you know if I feel like doing it. I'm hoping I inspired somebody into adopting this very concept or into writing something similar. Until then...
