HAUNTED
Chapter 1: The Ouija Board
"Do you think this is gonna work?" Aya asked, trying to keep calm.
"I dunno… this was your idea" Rukawa replied while lighting a candle.
Both of them were at the rooftop of Shohoku High. It was already dark, so there was no one else there but them.
Aya took a deep breath, letting the air out slowly. She put her hands on the triangle and closed her eyes.
She opened one eye and said, "What am I supposed to do now?!"
Rukawa yawned. "Ask a question…"
Aya closed her eye and asked. "Wh-who are you?"
The triangle moved across the board, dragging Aya's hands and spelled out: Sakura
She gulped. "How old are you?"

"Why'd you die?"
Murder
Aya opened her eyes and took her hands off the triangle and opened her eyes.
She turned to look at Rukawa, "Let's go now…" she whispered.
She moved away from the ouija board and closer to Rukawa. They both turned to see the triangle on the ouija board move by itself. They watched it suspense as it spelled out: G O O D B Y E
A gust of wind passed by and flickered the candle off.
Aya was in front of their house…but it looked different, very different. She went inside slowly. The floorboards creaked with every step she took.
All of a sudden, a freezing draft enveloped her and soon spread all over her skin- like clammy, icy fingers.
She felt as if someone was telling her to go in her room, she tried to resist, but she couldn't.
So, she went in, and to her disbelief, she saw herself, hanging lifelessly from the ceiling. Her eyes widened as she took a few steps back.
Aya, terrified, screamed.
Aya woke up and immediately sat up, panting, "It was just a dream…" she muttered.
She buried her face in her hands, calming herself down.
After a few seconds, she looked up and cringed in terror. Her bedroom walls were dripping wet with blood!!
Suddenly, she heard footsteps coming from the hallway, heading to her room. She waited as it came closer and closer. She picked up the lampshade beside her bed, ready to attack whoever was coming in.
She watched as the knob slowly turned. Finally, the door creaked open and she screamed.
There was no one there…

Okay, I know it's a little weird that Aya screamed even though there was no one there…BUT there were footsteps
