I do not own naruto or any characters in the story do note Madara killed the Uchiha clan not Itachi and he also didn't kill Sasuke's father and sakura is nice to Naruto and all of team 7 knows all tualso note there are no periods or punctuations a lot of the time because I chose to do that
Naruto woke up only to find himself in a room on one side of him was Sasuke on the other was Itachi little did they know there was some news that Tsunade found out just before he woke up with Tsunade "what Naruto is Sasuke and Itachi's dad!" Said Shizune Tsunade's assistant Tsunade then said "yes they must be informed immediately after Naruto wakes up" after that a medic ninja walks in the room and says "Naruto woke up Tsunade sama" the medic nin named Sakura was then told " you may return home now Sakura" by Tsunade Sakura leaves and Tsunade and Shizune left for Naruto's hospital room once they arrived in the room Tsunade said to Naruto Itachi and Sauske " I have news for all of you Sasuke Itachi Naruto you Naruto are Sasuke and Itachi's real father" Naruto and Sasuke asked for proof then Tsunade showed them proof Naruto and Sasuke hugged then Itachi joined them Naruto asked how it was possible and was told by Tsunade that future him went in the past and slept with their mom on their way out sakura saw sasuke and Naruto's happy faces and asked what happened they told her and she hugged Naruto if he needed help to call her and he said ok when everything was said and done Naruto asked Sasuke how life with his father is he said its bad his father thinks he is a bad ninja and is on the verge of disowning him and Itachi because he thinks Itachi killed his family they went back to ask Tsunade for the keys to the Namakaze estates she gave it to them and they left for the estates as soon as they got there with Tsunade showing them where it was she sent a summon to get fugaku and as soon as he came he was informed and singed Itachi and Sasuke over too there real father Naruto Itachi and Sasuke then got the Namakaze name.
