One day while walking through the forest, Sasuke came across a strange notebook. With writing in some strange language, Sasuke was unable to read what was already printed in the book. Shrugging, Sasuke picked up the book and continued walking.

A short time later, Sasuke heard a strange laugh. He turned around to see a weird creature. The creature was humanoid, about six feet tall and nearly covered in black.

The creature introduced himself as Ryuk, a shinigami, and explained that the notebook that Sasuke was carrying was known as a Deathnote, and whomever's name was written in it would die in sixty seconds from a heart attack as long as Sasuke pictured their face while writing. Unconvinced, Sasuke decided to amuse the creature and began writing:

A minute passed and Sasuke went to a nearby stream to check his sharingan. Upon activating it, he noticed that it became the mangekyo sharingan.

On a side note, Naruto had his heart attack while reporting his completion of a mission with Ino to Tsunade, whom was able to revive him afterwards.

Filled with aspirations concerning the power of the Deathnote, Sasuke decided to get rid of a few pests from his life.

Thankfully, Ino was still with Tsunade when she had her heart attack. Sakura was not so lucky. She shall be missed.

Asking Ryuk if he could make the death something other than a heart attack. The shinigami said that it was possible as long as the cause of death was written in six minutes and forty seconds. Grinning, Sasuke wrote:

When it came to writing a cause of death, Sasuke began:

However, that is where Sasuke became stuck. He pondered how the best way to kill Itachi. Sasuke pondered about the most embarrassing, degrading death he could imagine. During his thoughts, Sasuke noticed that Itachi wandered into a vacant field alone. Deciding the best way was for Itachi to die by his own hand, Sasuke went to write that Itachi would lose to Sasuke in battle. However, before he could do so, Itachi cluched his chest and fell over. Looking over to the shinigami, Sasuke asked what the hell happened?

"Oh, your time was up," Ryuk replied mirthfully.

Sasuke began to cry.
