If The World Ends…

"He's cute…" I thought for the nth time tonight as I continued staring at my boyfriend.
"I know how much you enjoy looking at me, but can you at least pretend to watch the movie?" he said with a smirk. I blushed fiercely then pouted. "If he noticed, he could have said something sooner."
"Ne, Syaoran?" he sighed.
"Yes?" he responded while he pressed the pause button on the TV.
"If the world was destroyed by a comet, what precious thing would you save?"
"If the world was destroyed, nothing would be left to save. Not even us."
"What if we found a way to live on the moon, but there wasn't enough time to take all your stuff with you?" I said glaring. "I just wanted to know what is precious to him. He doesn't have to go all smart on me."
"That's easy." I leaned in closer, anticipating something great. Syaoran would only take something he absolutely can't live without. "I would take…"
"Just say it already!" he chuckled.
"Okay, fine. I would take Sakura."
"What?" I blinked in confusion. "No! I meant an object. If the world was ending I would obviously come with you!" he chuckled again.
"I wasn't talking about you." He replied pointing behind him. I turned around confused. I looked around the room and, once I realized what he meant, I couldn't keep the smile off my face.
"What would you take?" he asked.
"I would take Syaoran!" I said excitedly.
"That's cheating. You can't copy me."
"It's my most precious thing. It makes sense that I would take it with me." I claimed even though it hadn't even crossed my mind to take the bear he made me to the moon. I had a feeling he knew this.
"Whatever, can we finish the movie now?"
"Sure." I said snuggling up against him once more whispering a soft "I love you".
"I love you too, Sakura."
